I have sent several emails snd messages through Facebook about not receiving my whole order. No response back. Very poor customer service!

I placed an order in June and have not received it yet. The tracking I received shows that the label was created but the product was never received by the post office. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service but have only gotten automated responses. I have never been able to get a response from a person.

This review is for PalmtradFZCO/HaloGrow which seems to be the same scammers from Dubai! Caveat Emptor! They are known for double billing, false promises, failing to cancel orders even when notified immediately after ordering, no real customer service, refusing promised refunds, sending tens of emails all contradicting others. (I suspect the writers of the fake emails use wrong names and photos). I know this because I ordered on July 20, cancelled immediately when I saw the double billing, and am still going through it today, July 27, 2026! What a waste of my time! If not careful they exhaust you into giving up. Don't let them succeed! And NEVER PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I ordered through Pay Pal, thinking they protect their customers, they do not! My first case with them was closed in favor of THIS SELLER, believe it or
not! Their rules protect themselves!
I will visit my personal banker today and know they can help me. A company with such criminal intent in the US would not be allowed to continue, at least before 2024.
From now on before ordering, I will always check reviews on trustpilot. Sadly illegitimate companies like this one will not permit reviews on their sites so as not to loose customers!
Say strong everyone and let’s hope all scammers wind up in prison where they belong!

I originally ordered 5 bottles of HaloGrow. Since then This company has sent me 3 additional orders I did NOT make. They have altered their original guarantee from 180 days to 30 days. I have returned 2 items at my own expense and have never received a refund. In addition, the product does not work. HaloGrow is an unconscionable company. Stay away from them.

I ordered hair products since June and I haven't received anything. I emailed customer service but I keep getting put off & strung along with no solution. Do not trust this company with your hard-earned money.

They're SCAMMERS! I've placed an order on June 6th and they haven't even shipped it. it says shipping label created usps is STILL awaiting the item. They of course refuse to send me a refund because they're scammers and they're dodging my emails. They also conveniently don't have a customer service number either. This is why I try to stay away from small companies, STAY AWAY from this terrible scamming company!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have reached out to this company over 7x through email, fb and IG post. Their site says they ship within 24 hrs of your order. I placed my order on the 6th and it a label was created the next day and there hasn’t been any movement since. I’ve heard nothing since. I went on their social media and they’re several other customers like myself who have not received their order who also have no gotten a response back from them who commented on their post; still nothing. They don’t respond with an update; only a default message. I believes they’re either sold out and don’t want to say anything or this is a fraudulent company. Either way. I would like money back.

I would like to rate this company a zero minus. I made an order from this company, when I received the package, it was empty. It was noted from the USPS that it was received by them empty. I sent a notification to the company, they said that they would reimburse me or reimburse me with product. After the first email that they sent me, I didn't hear anything else back from them. I tried to contact them sending them multiple emails with no response. I put in a notification with the BBB and they did not respond to them either. So I have spent my money on them and no reply no merchandise only an empty package that I still have. Such bad business, exceptionally bad customer service.

UPDATE: On May 14, 2026, I finally received my order after numerous emails to the company.

I have been waiting to receive my order placed on February 6, 2026 and it now in April 2026. I have emailed the company several times - emails are automated and there is no way to contact the company by phone. I have an USPS tracking number that states USPS Awaiting Item February 10, 2026. I either want my order or my refund. I am very disappointed that there is no way to contact this company by phone nor has this company responded to my several emails.

Rubbish product. Spent over £100 where i inadvertently overordered. ( I only wanted one bottle to try out) I sent several e mails straight away to cancel order. No one came back to me. I kept sending emails. The next thing, I received the product, and tried it, but all it did was leave my hair sticky. I kept trying and used up 2 bottles - nothing happened. I continued with numerous messages to try and send back all the bottles I overordered. Still no response. The last email I sent, I did get a response, saying that they could not refund because the time limit had expired. terrible company and product. They did not respond deliberately so they could say that that time had lapsed. Even giving one star is too much. If I could I put MINUS 000. Stay well clear. It's a waste of money!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Long story short, they took my money and did not send the product. All of their customer service options are bogus. BUYER's BEWARE!

This company used to be great now they could care less about their customers. I purchased 2 items from this company and only received one item. I have reached out to customer support via email numerous of times and the bogus number they have listed on their site… well good luck with that. I will definitely be reporting them to BBB.

Products are high quality. Helped to calm my scalp and provided nutrients. My dermatologist was happy that my alopecia was stable which I believe was helped by their oils, shampoo and conditioner. I use the oils everyday - leavin conditioner everyday as well. Shampoo 3 times a week.

I purchased this product on the 8th Aug, waited until 21st Aug for it to arrive. I have the real Batana oil and this is nothing like it. It smells, looks and feels different from the real thing. Do not buy this product it is a fake. To be fair I should have known, my other pot cost me £30 for a 150ml. This was on a deal for £16 for 118ml. Save your money and get the real thing. I have requested a refund, I doubt that I will get one though!!

Let me off saying I’ve been a customer since the pandemic, 5 years! My hair grew! This is when it was JUST the oil & literally 10 ingredients before they expanded.

Idk what has happened to this company! Their products have changed & disappeared with no warning or letting
Loyal customers know or any updates.

I get excessive emails & texts for 60%& %70 off and it’s never 60 %or 70% off.
I guess they ARE truly going out of business because all their products are randomly & cust services are gone.
Shampoos, conditioners etc gone.

No one has responded in all the forms of contact so I’m not ordering from them anymore. I’m sad to see a good company end on a negative note & hear others have had terrible experiences.
I’ve always gotten my products & sometimes a little extra gift or company note. Never what many have expressed… China?!!

I think I was tricked honestly after I ordered this I noticed it’s took a few days to update then I have just seen it’s being shipped form China 🇨🇳 . This must be some kinda joke after looking at the website/page i doubt this we be the original from Honduras! Very peed off!!!

I have been a customer for 4 years always have received my orders, but this time is different I place a order May 23 showing shipped never received, sent email came back as undeliverable, What is going on hairgrowth? Get it together losing customers, and I will be one of them going with Bask and Lather maybe they know how to treat their customers,

I had high hopes in this company. But I feel they are careless in many ways. First of all their customer service, like phone, and chat service are a joke. Chat always says wait time is longer and then quits on you because they close shop at a certain time. Also their phone doesn't even exist in registry so can't even call them. And can't send them email and returns back because it says mailbox unavailable. I think they designed their system to be inaccessible, and remove accountability and connection with customers. That's DIRTY!!! The other is they don't seem to have consistent product quality. My second order had a different smell and feel compared than the first. And then the worst is this.... I ordered their vitamin gummies that was fully plant based ( according to the product description and picture). But I received different one that has fish collagen. I have dietary restriction. They can't just up and send me whatever they want. That's WRONG! They replied to my complaint saying i can return it if I want. And said they changed the ingredients to improve the taste. I see no motivation on their part to fix the product description on their website, so people don't get tricked. I feel cheated! Atleast I should receive what I ordered!!! I have picture proof of what I purchased from the company site, and what I received in photo. So DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered some shampoo and conditioner for my son. Over a month ago. I never got it. When I emailed them and they finally answered, they said they would send another order free of charge and asked me to verify my address, which I did. Never got tracking info or anything. So…I emailed a few more times with no response. Finally they responded when I told them I’d be contacting the BBB. They offered a free of charge shipment…they asked me to verify my address again and I did. Still haven’t got tracking info or shipping info. No phone number to call. You have to leave a message with a bot and then they email you if they want to. I will Not be ordering from them again.
