This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They googled me to see where I live and found an old address, because they lost my actual and current address. So I never got the product, and I certainly did NOT sign up for auto renewal, but a few weeks later, they charged me for not one month of product, but an additional two. I cannot get them to reimburse me, and have had to file a dispute with my bank. They are mean, they wont answer calls (they have a VM telling you to email them), and then they don't read the emails but give a snarky reply. A woman named Angela was very disrespectful in her reply, but had not read my initial email or she would know I did not get my product in the first place.

We do not sell products via courier, do not have auto-renewal subscriptions, do not charge monthly product fees, and do not track or search customer addresses online.
We also do not have a team member named Angela.
Our services are strictly in-clinic or consultation-based, delivered by board-certified dermatologists, and all payments are discussed transparently at the time of consultation.
It seems likely that this experience relates to another brand with a similar name, and we respectfully request you to please review and post this feedback on the correct company page, so it reaches the right team and gets resolved appropriately.
