Great clinic with a good package. VIP transfer from the airport and back. Cool hotel with a good location, you can walk and see the Bosphorus on foot. And the main thing is that the clinic and the hotel are in the same building.
Dr. GO was great at identifying my natural hairline. The procedure was as comfortable and quick as possible. I am grateful to the Hairneva clinic for this experience.

My husand was too worried to take this decision for hair transplantation however, He heard good about HairNeva and indeed it was an amazing experience choosing them for hair transplantation. The process was so smooth started with consultation via whatsapp with Mr. Ayoob who answered every single question. He arranged airport pickup, and an amazing hotel too. The procedure went smoothly and hairneva provided necessary guidelines and medications too. They took care of everything and the staff was so accommodating. I recommend them!

I recently had a hair transplant procedure at HAIRNEVA, and I must say, the overall experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, conveniently located within the hotel, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff were evident. The clinic was state-of-the-art, and the team was highly skilled and knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease.

The results of my transplant have been fantastic so far, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. The procedure itself was smooth and relatively painless, thanks to the expertise of the medical team. I was also impressed by the follow-up care and the detailed instructions provided for post-procedure recovery.

However, one area where I believe the clinic could improve is in offering a more personalized experience. Given the high volume of clients they serve, at times, the process felt a bit rushed. Personalized attention can make a big difference, especially for those who might be anxious about the procedure.

Despite this, I would highly recommend HAIRNEVA to anyone considering a hair transplant. The results speak for themselves, and the clinic's expertise is undeniable. A bit more focus on individual client comfort would make the experience perfect. - results coming soon….

Hair Neva was an incredible experience. I was referred by a couple of friends and it exceeded expectations.

From Day 1 the communication was clear, informative, and responsive. Upon leading up to the procedure, the team clearly set expectations and organized all of the logistics from airport transfers, to hotel, to making sure I was comfortable the day of the procedure. The procedure itself was great. The team took care to make sure I understand what would happen, answered all of my questions, and handled the operation and the follow up with sensitivity and hospitality.

I couldn’t be happier with the initial results and will be recommending Hair Neva to any of my other friends considering hair restoration.

The whole experience was great. My boyfriend had just a hair transplant 2 days ago. My 5 year old son and me accompanied him and there was no problem at all. At first i was unsure how true this clinic is, as they are many clinics in istanbul. I watched a vlog of a guy who did this all process at hairneva and i must say that i am positively suprised how smooth and professional everything was. The transportation, the accommodation and the clinic, everybody were friendly. Our interpreter was ayoob and he was great. From the chats before and during the stay was really helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic and the whole experience as my boyfriend has a new start now which is priceless. Lets see how it will turn out.

Hello i've had my surgery at HairNeva in the middle of January this year. It was a very good experience from the stuff,doctors,accomodation and everyone evolve in the process. Soon i will be in the 4month period of the process and results are coming "alive". The hotel is just a press of a button from the elevator to the clinic so no need to stress about transportation and food. Everything about the clinic are high standards and the communication was VERY quick every single time even after 4 month if i had any question and so on. I fully recommand the clinic if you want a fresh start and a head with hair! Cheers from Romania.

Tout l’accompagnement est pris en charge , de la prise de contact au retour au pays . Il n’y a à se soucier de rien .

Prise en charge de l’aéroport jusqu’à l’hôtel , rendez vous médicaux et opération , on est tout le temps accompagnés . J’aurai du le faire avant .

Je suis une femme venu chez HairNeva avec un problème depuis l'enfance d'alopécie androgénique. J'ai tout essayé comme remède et la seule solution pour y remédier est bien une greffe de cheveux.
Je recommande vivement HairNeva pour leur professionnalisme, leur qualité, l'accueil du début jusqu'à la fin en particulier pour le médecin, ses divers assistants et sans oublier le référent Mr Mickael Karim qui est là depuis le début et le suivi ainsi que pour la traduction en français qui est d'une aide précieuse.
Je tiens à ajouter que j'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel dont la clinique s'y trouve et la prise en charge par un chauffeur à l'aller et retour pour l'aéroport.
Pour les femmes qui veulent une greffe de cheveux, seulement la partie donneuse est rasée, vous pouvez après la greffe cacher cette partie avec les cheveux de devant et derrière sans problème.
Je vous conseille cette clinique sérieuse.

La prise en charge professionnelle ainsi que la qualité de l'accompagnement des soins et de la clinique m'a beaucoup plu.

The trip was an exceptional experience due to the outstanding organization. The team is professional, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. Each participant is assigned a personal assistant who is attentive and responsive to all inquiries. Many of my friends asked if the experience was painful; I can confidently say it was not. One novel aspect was that all communication was conducted exclusively via WhatsApp, which was both convenient and initially surprising. Overall, I would definitely recommend this experience. DRGO. I was very impressed when I got to the HairNeva clinic, it seemed like I was in a high-tech factory, where everything was thought out to the smallest detail.

Après avoir passé plusieurs semaines à lire les commentaires,les avis,il faut se lancer!!!!!
Mon attention est vite retenue par les nombreux récits positifs des retours d'expériences à la clinique HAIRNEVA.
Je me décide, j'attrape mon téléphone.
Au bout du fil, c'est Michael qui répond à toutes mes interrogations.C'est lui l'assistant francophone chez HAIRNEVA, il est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel.Mes interrogations se transforment en petit bonheur grâce à lui de part sa capacité à anticiper,en apportant de vraies réponses et surtout avec une grande humanité.
Et voilà, je prends l'avion le 5 mars 2024 et mes deux interventions pour ma greffe de cheveux sont prévus le 6 et 7 mars 2024.
A mon arrivée à Istanbul, c'est un taxi qui vient me chercher à l'aéroport.Je suis déjà en VIP, le taxi est somptueux, petite bouteille d'eau offerte et nous arrivons à l'hôtel MARIOTT, 5 étoiles.Le réceptionniste m'accueille avec le sourire et le bagagiste me déleste de mon sac de voyage !!!!
On m'installe très confortablement, ce n'est pas une chambre mais un agréable appartement très spacieux et cossu.
Le matin,je rencontre Michael qui est toujours souriant et aux petits soins pour moi.
Il m'accompagne pour aller à la rencontre du docteur GO qui m'accueille avec le sourire et me trace la fameuse ligne frontale.
Il observe également à l'aide d'une caméra ma zone donneuse qui se trouve à l'arrière de mon crâne.
Michael assure la traduction avec bienveillance et me confirme que l'intervention va pouvoir débuter.
Il me présente l'équipe médicale (arborant masque et tenue irréprochable).
L'ambiance est détendu,la salle d'intervention ainsi que l'ensemble de la clinique sont super propre, rien n'est laissé au hasard, l'hygiène est au rendez-vous, ce n'est pas de l'approximation.
C'est parti pour 06H00 d'intervention !!!
L'anesthésie reste un peu douloureuse (environ 10 minutes) et après c'est vraiment sans aucune douleur.
Michael est toujours là avec moi, présent pour m'informer du déroulé de l'intervention.
Tout c'est vraiment bien passé, j'ai un gros pansement sur la zone donneuse.
Michael vient me voir, toujours avec son sourire et un petit mot gentil.
Le rendez-vous pour la deuxième intervention est pris pour demain après-midi.
Je regagne mon appartement de grand standing !!!!
Le lendemain, c'est la même équipe médicale qui me prend en charge, toujours aussi souriante et professionnelle.
Michael est là,il m'accompagne pour ce dernier jour d'intervention.
Cette dernière c'est aussi bien passé que la première avec une équipe médicale au top, bien rodée et toujours très agréable.
Michael vient à mon encontre, nous partons ensembles pour une petite visite d'Istanbul et à la découverte de ses spécialités culinaires.
C'est déjà le dernier jour !!!
Me voici avec mes 5000 greffons sur la tête et on vient me chercher pour me faire mon premier champoings.
Michael est toujours là et toujours avec le sourire,il me précise les modalités des prises des médicaments post-opératoires.
Je n'ai pas de douleurs, peut être celle du coeur de devoir quitter la clinique HAIRNEVA avec toute son équipe qui est à notre entière disposition...

Aujourd'hui, presque un mois après mon intervention les croûtes ont disparu au 10 ème jour, mes champoings se passent bien et je n'ai pas de douleurs.
Mes cheveux poussent !!!
Je suis toujours en contact avec Michael qui me répond aussitôt et nous échangeons sur l'évolution de la pousse de mes cheveux par l'intermédiaire des photos que je lui envoi.
