I continue my laser treatment at Envie…
I continue my laser treatment at Envie as i think they are the best. I have tried few other clinics before and it was a huge dissapointment. I am normally seen by Anna at London Bridge and she is wonderful. All appointments are on time and the room is spotless clean. I would definitelt recommend Envie to anyone wanting laser hair removal.

Envie Laser Clinic: London Bridge 16th April 2021
Had a very positive experience at the London Bridge Envie clinic on Friday with Cindy. Although I have now had 5 treatments on my face and neck, I was a little nervous as I haven't been there for a long time due to covid about the laser. Since it is my face and neck and I have coarse and dark facial hair, it can feel uncomfortable on the more coarser hairs on my face. Cindy was very reassuring and would make sure to tell me when she was about to start the laser for each area of my face and neck, asking how it was to check my level of comfort and using the cooling in between using the laser and starting in a new area of my face. She made sure to tell me exactly what she was doing whilst using the laser which I greatly appreciated.
The only thing I can say from previous experience is that I wish Envie can tell you which therapist you're having when you have your appointments beforehand. We still have to wait outside the building before the therapist comes to let you in due to covid. Every time I've had a new therapist that I haven't seen before they don't introduce their name as they greet you. I only recognised Cindy when I asked for her name as she did a treatment with me before over a year ago. I find Cindy and Anna are both very great therapists who have always made me feel accompanied and welcome.

Great staff and experience so far
I don't believe the most recent post on Anna personally. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Envie and specifically with Anna. She has been kind, friendly, makes me feel at ease and very quickly as well as explaining everything to do with laser (in depth at that) and even answering the very odd questions I sometimes ask her. She makes me laugh and forget where I am and feel completely comfortable in my sessions. I have noticed a difference in my journey, however due to various lockdowns out of everyone's control we will have to see how effective it is in the long run for me. I will update when I finish my sessions but regardless of my results, I can say my experience with staff and the venue itself has been very positive.

Bad experience with Anna
Very bad experience at London Bridge. I come for patch test but beautician was very rude to me. The room was dirty, unclean and bed was dirty and not cleaned. Anna not helpful me at all very rude and angry. Just tell me change to do patch test. Too rushed she never explained me anything. I very upset about this.

Very bad results
The staff is very friendly and the whole process is very professional, I did 5 sessions and now 2 months after my last session everybit of hair has grown back. The lazer hair removal was not efficient at all. Paid 170£ for nothing....
