The customer service at Hair Weavon is unbelievable. Mary in particular is so efficient. So kind. So responsive. This is my 3rd purchase from them. They always have the best of the best. And if I am in question about ANYTHING I always get a quick response. In being a fairly new wig wearer this is quite important. Because I am relying upon Mary’s knowledge to help me make the right purchase decision. I am a budget conscious retiree and this extra help keeps me within my budget. And having been an Emmy Award winning makeup artist in the film industry for 42 years, I know quality when I see it.

Excellent products with even better communication and customer service.
I live in a country with difficulties in shipping and the customer service was amazing. I emailed prior to and after ordering. The response time was incredible.
You can order the same products from multiple sites and receive the same quality, but you will not receive the same service.
I highly recommend this company and will be ordering again.

Very dissatisfied with the store.
I contacted the store because my order shipped by UPS did not reflect a tracking number after a week. In the message I exchanged with the store, I wrote: "The estimated delivery date when I purchased the item was January 12, so I placed the order. I will be leaving France on the 14th so if there is a problem at this point I would like to cancel my order and get a refund". The store understood my intention, contacted UPS, and would contact me again as soon as the results came to the store. Then, on the 15th, without any contact from the store, I suddenly received an e-mail from UPS saying that they were going to deliver the package on the 18th. When I emailed the store, they said that they had reshipped the package, but they never contacted me as they promised to do, and I think it was a complete mistake on their part to reship the package while ignoring my request for a refund. And there was no apology for failing to contact me, although there was an EXCUSE, "Our processing team works diligently to send a very high volume of orders out as swiftly as possible. Because UPS was not able to locate your package, a new order was sent out to you straight away. The store also wrote, "If you will not be able to receive your new parcel, I would recommend getting in contact with UPS to arrange an alternate delivery date. I will not be back in France within the time frame that UPS will hold my parcel, so why should I have to pay for the return shipping? Why should I be refunded by the store for the amount deducted even the handling fee?Eventually I somehow received the package, but I didn't like the product and had to send it back via UPS. I had to pay 27 euros for that.Moreover, the amount refunded was 44 euros less than the original amount. Even though I put it on for only 20 seconds and then immediately returned it in its original packaging. It was very stressful and a lot of effort just to receive one package. The first time I bought something from this store I thought it was perfect, but this time I was very disappointed. I think you can tell the true value of a store by the way they handle any problems. I will never buy from this store again and will advise my friends to do so.

While we do not have any control over couriers or shipment progress I want to assure you that our team acted swiftly once we had determined that your item was lost in transit to ensure your parcel could be shipped to you without further delay. We do our very best to keep our customers up to date on their order developments as quickly as possible. Your reshipment was dispatched to you on the 15th of January, and our customer service team informed you of this on the 16th, once the shipment was collected by our courier service.
All returns are subject to a €25 restocking fee for synthetic hair pieces, and the cost for the shipment is not returned. This information is readily available on our website, though if you have any further questions on our return policy please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
