I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking through HalalBooking.

I booked this hotel months in advance based on the photos and description on their website. When my family and I arrived, the reality was completely different. The room was in an unacceptable condition, and the hotel looked nothing like what had been advertised. It was also located in an isolated area that did not match our expectations from the listing.

I immediately informed the hotel manager, Suat, that we would not stay because the hotel was not as advertised. We left the property straight away without using the room and had to take a taxi to search for another hotel.

This was an extremely stressful experience, especially because I was travelling with my wife and our two young children. Instead of enjoying the start of our holiday, we spent hours looking for alternative accommodation and paying additional transportation costs.

What disappointed me even more was HalalBooking’s handling of the complaint. Rather than carrying out an independent investigation, they simply accepted the hotel’s version of events without requesting any objective evidence. The hotel falsely claimed that I checked in and later checked out voluntarily, despite the fact that I left immediately after seeing the room.

As a customer, I expected fairness and support from the booking platform. Instead, I was left without any assistance and without a refund for accommodation that did not match the advertised description.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HalalBooking. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to stand by their customers. They rely entirely on the hotel’s version of events, even when the customer provides a completely different account.

We had a wonderful stay at this halal resort and are extremely satisfied with our experience. My son and I truly enjoyed every aspect of our holiday.

The separate facilities were well-maintained, organized, and thoughtfully managed, allowing everyone to enjoy their stay comfortably.

What impressed us most was the staff. It was clear that they perform their work with genuine passion, dedication, and joy. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We are very grateful to the entire team for creating such a fantastic holiday experience for me and my son. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality. We highly recommend this resort and hope to return in the future.

Halalbooking.com is a Muslim friendly and Muslim run business that you should all support to get away from businesses that support the Zionist genocidal and apartheid regime, such as those booking and BnB sites which list homes illegally and against international law.

Aside from this, it's truly exemplary service with excellent price match and wonderful staff who have always been patient with my questions. A great example of a Muslim business, and extremely helpful with all halal information and halal ratings of hotels and resorts displayed easy to view. The app is great and works very well. Very happy with this service!
