Superb communication from Halbro following my Head For Change items. They originally went missing. Well done Royal Mail. Halbro sorted this and replaced the items and sent them by overnight courier.
I advised that if and when Royal Mail deliver the original items I can keep them due to the inconvenience caused by Royal Mail.
The T shirts are great quality.

Fabulous customer service
I ordered a rugby shirt as a birthday present. During the ordering process I was advised that it would be over a week for dispatch which would have been too late for the actual date. I added a note asking if it would be possible to expedite the order so it would arrive in time. Great customer service and it arrived well in time for the actual birthday.

Easy to use website, parcel arrived in good time for a birthday present on the Monday as I had requested, but unfortunately was bit of a snug fit for my 6 year old grandson, so my Son returned earlier this week and had the replacement by Friday, great service.
