Had the Punjabi Samosa and it doesn't worth one cent. I felt like eating a blanket that's all.

I recently purchased Kaju Katli and found moulded sweets when opened the pack.They are packing out of date sweets from the shops and selling in boxes. Raised with customer service, they don't care.

Indian companies are very good in ... this is one such examples. I have seen other reviews everybody complaining the same.

I bought Haldiram's Besan Ladoo, an Indian sweet from my local supermarket. The oil taste was too bad and they were over cooked as well.

I sent a mail to the company and received only a sorry and explanation that there quality control department is very good and there was nothing wrong with the sweets..

As I had to throw them in the bin and I wanted my money back but they didn't say anything about the refund..
I have after that sent 3-4 emails but never received any reply..

I was shocked as I do buy some other snacks of this company and most of the time found them good.. And more about their ignorance about their customers.

It's their duty to keep the customers satisfied, it won't make bank corrupt to the company to make a small refund but I didn't want to say this but have to say that Indian Companies are like that..

They can ignore if we do it repeatedly but this was the first time I made a complaint.. So I will stop buying from their products from now on...

i ordered soanpapdi sweet in germany berlin after i eaten than i see inside too much only rock sugar inside this is fruad too much i ordered around 1kg i suggest everyone don’t use this sweet only sugar inside

A company of cheaters!
I recently bought 20 small packets (20 gram) of Pancharattan Namkeens with MFG. date 06/10/22 and Batch number RABJ06B (or maybe it's RABJO6B). On the package you have an image of supposed content of the Namkeens showing 3 almonds and 2 cashew nuts. When we opened all the 20 packets the only content was potato chips strips and 1 or 2 raisins. Considering the very low cost of the content, the price per packet Rs 10 is very high.
It was meant to be a treat for friends at small celebration. It turned out to be a fraud treat from your side.
If you have a slight degree of honesty and conscience left you should make the refund.
