Tastes very sweet as far as grapefruit goes. A very lovely pink in color once you cut into it. Very juicy, far superior to your local grocery store.

I purchase the Ruby Reds for my friend who is getting older and does not need any more things in his life. He loves the Ruby Reds. He looks forward to receiving them every season. If this is all it takes to make him happy, I am all for it. He loves them. He looks forward to receiving them every winter.

Grapefruits were on the smaller side. We're not as flavorful as grapefruits I purchased from another grove in December.
I have been getting ruby red grapefruits from Hale Grove for the last 15 Years. This year they are not up to the standards that I have come to expect. Some are very sour, some are rotten and some are really good. I have emailed Hale Grove with no response

The grapefruit we get from Hale Groves is NOTHING like what we purchase in the stores here in Ohio! They’re sweet and juicy and have thin skins! Yum! Cost a bit more, but they’re worth it!
MOST of the fruit was wonderful, but once again there were two grapefruit that were rotten and could not be eaten.
Ordering 3 trays of Hales' Ruby Red Grapefruit means somebody is receiving more Florida Goodness than a box of 2 trays can contain.
