Contacted them to inquire about a toothpaste that i have used in the past- rapid relief extra mint which was excellent but cant find now and told they have discontinued it so buy their other one, which i did but is now blue and doesn't clean my teeth and makes my mouth and gums sore and red so have switched to colgate who have chosen to keep their toothpaste white as it should be.

Centrum Silver Women 50+ purchased 9/10/26 is missing some ingredients such as potassium, lutein, lower dose of calcium and magnesium and more. I chose this multivitamin due to the eye health benefits and now it is missing what I consider an important ingredient. What happened? Explain the changes please.

I was a bit discontent with the change to the Haleon product 'Corsodyl'. The new hygiene seal is not secure enough given the nature of the product. I tried to raise my concerns with Haleon but it proved difficult if not impossible to contact them without agreeing to absurd terms and conditions. Will not be buying Corsodyl and avoiding any Haleon product in the future, particularly as reading the other negative reviews here have convinced me the change from GSK to Haleon has been marked by a decline in the quality of its products.

Achtung bei den "Gratis Testen" Aktionen. Ich habe Centrum von A bis Zink gekauft und versuche teilzunehmen. Leider ist das Limit so schnell erreicht, dass man kaum eine Chance hat teilzunehmen. Ich war bisher erfolglos mit der Einreichung. Vor Kauf war mir das nicht bewusst, dass es so schwer ist daran teilzunehmen. Ich fühle mich getäuscht.

Update: Ein neuer Einlöseversuch hat wieder nicht geklappt. Ich konnte zwar pünktlich am Montag um 9 Uhr auf "einlösen" klicken. Allerdings nach Eingabe meiner Daten, war das Limit doch wieder erreicht und ich bekomme immer noch kein Cashback. Jetzt müsste ich wieder eine Woche warten für eine Chance. Hier ist Nachbesserung notwendig. Ich habe das Unternehmen angeschrieben und hoffe auf eine Überarbeitung der Einlösebedingungen. Das ist nicht zumutbar, wie es jetzt geregelt ist.

Unseriös, Leider war ich gierig. Man muss Handynummer und EMail Adresse angeben. Für eine paar Euro Aktion. Dann keine Einlösungen mehr für diese Woche 👎

Since this company took over from GSK, Macleans Fresh Mint Toothpaste is ruined and tastes really awful. It is now a clear gel with an awful texture and not the nice solid white liquid. The flavour is terrible and now tastes of chemicals rather then the nice peppermint taste. Why has this been changed? It was fine before. Please change it back to the old original formula. I won't be buying it anymore and now looking for another white toothpaste.

De ødelagde et virkelig godt og unikt produkt, Sensodyne. Nu er produkterne blevet ændret til denne blå slimegel. De føles forfærdelige, de GØR ONDT, de smager forfærdeligt, og de virker ikke engang. De reducerer ikke længere tændernes følsomhed eller renser tænderne ordentligt. Der var grunde til, at folk brugte Sensodyne, og de fjernede alle dem. Før var Sensodyne en tandpasta med et godt professionelt ry, og nu kan du finde dem billigt på udsalg.

Ik gebruik al jaren Sensodyne Gentle Whitening en was erg tevreden. Haleon heeft de witte zachte pasta vervangen door blauwe schurende gel zonder dit te melden op de verpakking. Ik zit nu met 4 tubes die ik niet kan gebruiken omdat het niet zo Gentle is als de vroegere samenstelling. Geen geld terug of geen omruiling naar andere zachte pasta van Sensodyne. Slechte pure slechte service. Ik ga na ruim 20 jaar op zoek naar een andere merk. ZEER slechte service

They ruined a really good and unique product Sensodyne. Now the products has been changed to this blue slime gel. They feel horrible, they HURT, they taste awful, and they don’t even work. They don’t reduce the sensitivity of the teeth anymore or even clean the teeth properly. There were reasons why people were using Sensodyne, and they took all those away. Before Sensodyne was a brand toothpaste with a good professional reputation and now you can find them cheap in a sale.

Un'azienda che non risponde mai alle mail dei consumatori. Che organizza delle promozioni dopodiché l'agenzia a cui le commissiona si inventa scuse per non rimborsare il dovuto senza inviare alcun tipo di prova e rifiuta ogni documento che attesta esattamente il contrario di quanto comunicato.
Ci sono decine di concorrenti che vendono gli stessi prodotti, mi rivolgerò a loro.
Del resto, vedendo il loro pessimo punteggio, non mi stupisco della scorrettezza.

My review concerns the packaging for the Haleon Piriton 500 tablet drum. I don't question whether the tablets perform as intended - if you can get to them. My wife, who is physically able to carry out day-to-day tasks, was unable to open them! She could not pull off the plastic sealing strip that has to be removed to take off the lid. I tried, having a stronger grip between finger and thumb, but had to resort to a pair of pliers. I was then with some force able to prise off the lid. We decided to decant the tablets into an easier, secure container. I replaced the lid and then tried to remove it, without success. Turning the tub back and forth in the changing light I then saw some writing embossed in the lid, so helpfully white on white, "Line Up Steps". What steps? Then I realised that on the lid and the tub there were some odd markings. I tried lining those up and with strong pressure from my thumb I was able to remove the lid. I'm not stupid (I have an engineering degree) and I'm not physically weak but this packaging nearly beat me. This may sound trivial but this company clearly hasn't thought about it's customers. Yes the packaging has to be childproof but not to the extent that elderly people or those with physical impairments affecting their grip or sight have to fight to get into the drum; I almost gave up and resorted to cutting my way in with a knife. Why am I putting this on Trustpilot - because the company seems keen to make it impossible to give them feedback despite a promising box on their website; this just takes you to product pages. If the letters on the lid had been in a contrasting colour it would help and the "steps" - why not just use an arrow on the lid and drum? most people would realise that two arrows should be lined up even without instructions.

Questa azienda ha volutamente lasciato il tubicino molto corto e la convessità profondissima verso l’interno in modo da far sprecare almeno il 15% del prodotto. Inoltre, le recensioni di questo prodotto che si trova in vari farmacie riportando il nome Trustpilot sono in realtà generate per farsi pubblicità e non esistenti in realtà su questa piattaforma. Attenzione, sconsigliatissimo prodotto, fa lo stesso effetto dell’acqua distillata spruzzata nelle narici. Chiedo a questa ditta il risarcimento del danno pari al costo 100 flaconi. In assenza di risarcimento procederò con segnalazione all’antitrust internazionale per la multa da far comminare.

I purchased Corsodyl toothpaste, which strapline reads:
‘Daily fluoride toothpaste for healthy gums & strong teeth’ what is doesn’t tell you is that is stains your teeth! My hygienist told me that it is common knowledge with dentists and they don’t advise customers to purchase it as the ingredients contained are known to stain teeth!

This product should not be sold in the UK as is misleading.

Ho appena ricevuto MULTICENTRUM ADULTI e non ho nemmeno intenzione di aprirlo, gli ingredienti sono orribili! Contiene solo sostanze chimiche, conservanti, coloranti, antiagglomeranti e olio di palma. Amazon non accetta resi; anzi, stanno diventando sempre meno affidabili con i prodotti che vendono. Che peccato. Ho sprecato più di 40,00 €.

Bulging eyes, shocked faces, attention-seeking youtube like trash content. This is not how a company should sell a medicinal product to its potential users.

Instead, it should be like a consultation with a medical professional -- information, footage of the product, and not shocking images to hijack ones nervous system to get momentary attention.

Bad product, Poligrip products are horrible, you say super hole that's told twelve hour hold, some of the products are garbage.. She close your company down..

Used sensodyne gentle whitening toothpaste for decades with no problems. Recently bought some from local discount store, noticed it was a blue gel, not the white paste I was used to. Upon using it, my gums felt sore & were very red. I thought maybe I had been too harsh with brushing, but on further use with purposeful gentle brushing, my gums continued to feel sore & were very red immediately afterwards. I started to wonder if I had unknowingly bought a counterfeit product as I noticed the manufacturer on the tube is different. Upon researching I have found Haleon & Glaxosmithkline have separated & since Haleon have taken over manufacturing the product, the ingredients have changed & it looks like a lot more chemicals are being used, which is why it's causing me to have sore, red gums. Really annoyed that this has happened but been kept very quiet from the consumers. I will have to find a different brand of sensitive toothpaste now. You are fools Haleon if you thought us consumers would not notice.
