3rd party salt supplied, broken.
Delivery was not Halite salt but a 3rd party supplier. Not only that, but 8 out of the 12 packs received were crumbled/broken. Still waiting a response from Halite.
Won’t be using them again.

We’re very sorry to hear this and apologise for the condition your order arrived in.
We have recently experienced stock shortages with our branded Halite salt, which is why we temporarily supplied salt from another supplier. We included a leaflet with each order to explain this and to confirm that the temporary salt is of the same quality. Our branded Halite salt is due to be back in stock next month.
That said, we are very sorry that 8 of the 12 packs arrived broken/crumbled. This is not the standard we expect, and we completely understand your disappointment.
We would be happy to arrange a replacement for you, and we will get in touch directly to resolve this as quickly as possible.

I ordered 10x25kg bags of tablet salt
I ordered 10x25kg bags of tablet salt, these were delivered individually wrapped in a cardboard box. Two of the boxes were sufficiently damaged in transit, going through the cardboard box and tearing through the inner plastic sack spilling out the salt tablets everywhere when I opened the cardboard box. Not good.

Brine formation
The salt was delivered as expected in timely manner and no issues on the delivery.
My experience is that the salt is not adequate for my water softener water2buy and results in brine formation.
Please note that the issue is not resolved and I have three bags of salt at home, which can not be used.

Gets damaged in transit
Whilst I appreciate its not the easiet thing to ship this is the second time multiple blocks are broken when you actually open the packet of salt blocks. Bear in mind you will have salt waste due to the damage in shipping. Price is good but condition of product on arrival not so good.

I have not received my order placed on 24th March. Firstly lost by DPD, replacement order set up and not yet delivered (as at 8th April), NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE.

A great product at a good price
A good product and a competitive price with prompt delivery. There was a problem when DPD lost one of the packs of block salt, but Halite's customer services quickly took ownership and I quickly had my full order. Great work Halite!
