I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my costume. Unfortunately I have now been left with a defective costume and no apparent right to return it because of a returns “blackout”. This company do not work ethically, their policies are absurd. Also expecting an 18% restock fee for returns? Never have I heard of any of this rubbish in my life. A customer isn’t happy with an order and it is unused and packaged they should be able to get a full refund. I will be reporting this company to my bank and to trading standards.
Stay clear!!!

Ordered two items for fit, the costumes just go wider with size not longer so i cannot use either item, Charged over £80 to be told no refunds over Halloween and 18% re stock fee... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give zero stars I would. The costume was fine, but I could have bought the same costume on Amazon for about £5 more than this joke of a company charges.
I waited over 6 weeks for them to process my refund and only after chasing them multiple times could they be bothered to actually refund my money. The nail in the coffin for this company was the extremely sarcastic responses I got from their customer services team when asking where my refund was. It made my blood boil. I hate this company with a passionate vengeance and would strongly advise anyone to just pay the extra fiver and buy it from a real company that cares about their customers. These guys belong in fancy dress, they are a bunch of clowns.

Same as the rest, ordered a costume that's should of fit but never (Asian sizes) and they have not refunded.

Shocking company to deal with, avoid at all costs

Unfortunately my review is the same as the rest you'll see. The company doesn't refund you and lies about not receiving the parcel. They owe me £50.

Awful experience. The costumes are very cheap despite costing over £40 and poor fit. I sent back and they are refusing to refund me. Saying I have to wait 4-6 weeks despite them receiving it a month ago. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company !!!!! Bought a giant Halloween inflatable for over £200 it came and on testing went bang and we sent it back. The address on the refund postal slip did not match that in the post office and I have been unable to get hold of them. The parcel has been signed for where it was returned but the person it was delivered to refused a photo. You can’t get hold of these people and I have no doubt I won’t be getting a refund! I waited since February to order this product and I have been ripped off! Their not UK based at all

Placed order this week, items arrived exactly as advertised and three days earlier than expected! Fantastic service.

I was initially reluctant given the poor reviews.

First, use PayPal to protect your purchase, and then claim back through them if you need to.

Second, yes the store is in the USA, and it doesnt make that so clear (yet many stores use this tactic). Dispatch on Thursday, arrived by FedEx the following Tuesday on standard shipping.

Third, costumes are slightly more expensive, but it gave me access to sizes not in the UK / EU market, so it was a must.

Not had to deal with returns as the costume fitted, officially licensed, and high quality.

Wow, I was really concerned reading the reviews, so glad I ignored them all. My experience was ordered Sunday afternoon arrived Friday 12.30. The costume itself is of a good standard compared to other brands I have used in the past. As for the sizing I ordered 1 size bigger and that was perfect just like I would on any other costume brand. I would recommend, quick delivery, as advertised and no drama thanks :)

Order “arrived” a little early than the planned delivery date. Problem was I was away until the delivery date. I have cctv and shows no delivery, I also asked my neighbour who couldn’t find anything. Spoke to their shipping company who didn’t give me response in the time they said(still haven’t). Tried shorting it with the vendors live chat however they was very rude and refused to send out replacement or refund despite doing everything they asked. They then proceeded to delete/block my account on their site with them. I contacted the bank who opened a case with the vendor. All of this could of be avoided if they just did as I asked.

I was searching for a costume last year but I didn't buy anything I only signed up for emails from them, but their site makes it impossible for you to cancel the email subscription. Every attempt ends in a circlular return to a link that coninually fails. I've been trying to cancel for 6 months.
That's very poor customer service IMO. I've tried emailing them about the problem but haven't had a reply yet.

Based on the reviews here I knew I was taking a risk, but I made the purchase anyway as I couldn't find the items I wanted elsewhere, and I can't fault the buying experience! The items I ordered arrived today and looked as expected. Everything in the process seemed professional.

I ordered two fancy dress items on Sunday afternoon for a party this Saturday. Paid for the priority 3 day delivery. Oh no I thought, the tracking says despatched from North Mankato USA. Well, what can I say, ye of little faith - It arrived at my door in England at 9.15am on the 3rd Day, Wednesday morning! Wow! At each stage of the journey the tracking showed where it was to give piece of mind. Then the items themselves (including one plus size outfit which being larger you always worry about), were of a really good quality and fitted really well! - completely reflecting the size guide we used online. I can’t tell you how impressed it was to get this within 3 days from the states and to have outfits better than I thought they would be and fit a rotund gentleman. Very very slick and impressive. Being a larger guy, and having this experience they will be my first point of call now for any future fancy dress requirements. Thank you so much.

Avoid at all cost.
The sizes are not true to size, the postage is expensive and so are the outfits. I needed it quickly and this was the only place I could get it.
Even then I paid for expedited delivery and it still took ages, no emails to say it had bee Sent either.
I have been trying to return an item since the 18th June, emailing back and forth as I their online system kept rejecting my order no and email address.
I thought I’d finally got somewhere, they had the wrong email address apparently - which is strange as I did get an order reference via email.
Anyway eventually I was able to fill in the form online and then never received the postage label.
I give up now, I’ll sell it privately- may as well as they deduct the postage back and also a further 23 ish percent off the total for re-stocking!!!!!
Customer services terrible and one was very rude.
I would definitely not recommend this company.

I ordered a costume and paid for fast delivery so it wasn’t cheap. The costume came with burn marks in it. It was also very cheap quality. When you go on the website it tells you to call customer services. You can’t get through because the number is a spam number. I have tried to make contact on social media but no reply. Avoid this company!!!

I recently ordered my son a tiger costume (couldn't get the one he wanted anywhere) I read all the negative reviews so was hesitant. I paid using PayPal incase the item didn't come i could raise a claim. However, I've had a really good experience! The costume itself is great made and of good quality. Despatched same day as ordering, and it took around 2 weeks to arrive (They are non UK based). I can't comment on the returns process or aftershaves (which seems to be where the negativity lies) But for me all was great and good quality item received. Thank you.

Bought an animatronic electric chair man - broke within a month - tried for ages to get some form of assistance, no contact number or adddress for the UK
Completely blanking my emails
