Everything was so easy from booking to being picked up. Gurwinder Singh contacted me about my pick up and arrived immediately on time. A lovely well mannered man and a very good driver- thank you Gurwinder Singh for a lovely safe drive home, his car was spotless too.

After the mix-up at the Garage in Thurrock's end my car was not collected on the day allocated even though I received a phone call in the morning to inform me it would be collected between the hours of 10am and 2 pm. After I phoned thr gargae having being kept hanging on the hone for ages waiting to speak to someone then being transferred to the workshop hence another long wait to finally speak to someone. I was informed there had been a mix up and an apology given. All they could do is to rectify their misteake and offered me a next day collectiion, which I accepted. I was informed that my car would be delivered back to me the following day or at the very latet the day after in the morning. The driver named Maj Islam who collected my car was very courteous and took various pictures of thr vehicle and explained to me about how to check on progress of the vehicle repair. A very good professional service was received on collection of my vehicle. Now looking forward to getting it back fully repaired.

Well, no complaints about the driver, he was very kind and offer me water and to be able to chant the temperature if it was not sutable.
The main issue was with the car, a silver Ford Focus, the last trip I already notice a big shakement movement when braking, and this trip was still there, that shaking can be dangerous, for the passanger and the driver. It is not self asuring to be on a car that everytime the diver brakes on the freeway, the shole car shakes.

Couldn’t have been an easier or more straightforward arrangement to do a trip that we’ve been putting off for a long time. Communication was excellent and our driver was courteous and accommodating of our needs for extra stops. Highly recommended

Mr. Parupkar Singh was stellar - every aspect of my trip was a five-star experience - he was on time, friendly/courteous, professional, and clean (vehicle was changed - I was downgraded from limo to standard - but the vehicle was clean, smelled nice, had water, etc.). Mr. Singh made sure the temperature was just right as well. Lastly, he drove very well - I felt safe and secure the whole drive from Nottingham to BHX. I arrived on time and with an overall sense of peace of mind.

Ahmed was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, informative, and an excellent driver. He was 5 star. The loss of the star was due to the emailed HALO invoice not specifying the expiration time of the transaction. I responded 8 minutes after the unknown expiration and was charged an additional 50GBP. Clarity and transparency would be appreciated.

I will never use any taxi company other than Halo Cars. From first speaking to manager Richard I was sure the service would be top class. Shropshire to Birmingham Airport and back (a month later) the drivers were bang on time, great communication and extremely polite and professional. There cannot possibly be a more reliable taxi co. than Halo.

We used Halo for an airport transfer. Khalid our driver was on time to pick us up. The car was very clean and the journey smooth. On the return journey Khalid was waiting for us and even put the radio on so we could listen to the football! A great experience and we would certainly use again.
