Brilliant service
Brilliant service provided by Abi Hodnett when my husband and I were struggling to secure the right covid tests for travel during the last 12 months. Abi was excellent and helped to make the experience as smooth as possible for us. Thank you very much Abi and all at Halo.

We've used Halo 3 times now and each…
We've used Halo 3 times now and each time the tests have been quick to do (no queues) and we've received our results within the scheduled time. The last time we took one, we did a PCR test for results within 4hrs the day before flying and no problems at all, we took the test around 1pm and the results were in by 4.30pm.

Let down by Halo Verify - they did not send the correct amount of tests
Ordered 6 tests, received 5. Customer service line is fairly useless in that they have to type to a 'supervisor; for any information. I received a small indirect apology, they said they would refund the one test that didn't arrive and had no further solution (i.e lets try and get you another one or try and retain your custom).
Worst of all said it would be 2 weeks to get the money back.
Feel really let down by Halo Verify.

We sincerely apologise that the 6 lateral flow tests that you ordered from us were not delivered to you, and that you only received 5 of them. This appears to have been a delivery issue, and we have since refunded you for the test that was not delivered.
We hope that this did not cause you too much inconvenience, but we are here should you need to discuss anything any further, or if you do in fact need another test delivered to you.
You can contact our call centre on: 0330 390 4586 Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm, or weekends between 8am-4.30pm and someone will be able to assist with this straight away.

I use this testing site for work travel…
I use this testing site for work travel and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The test is done by using saliva rather than intrusive nostril or throat swabs. The results are returned within two hours.

Lamp Test not required - Can use for later travel!!
I booked a Lamp test for myself , only to find as I am recovering from Covid , I should not take the test
Halo advised that I can use my test within 9 months of purchase... so easy

Such a great service. There was a slight error with the date of birth on the app, with one of the tests, totally our fault. I called Danielle Agnew and she sorted it in seconds. She has such a lovely telephone manner, put us a ease straight away. Thank you Danielle.

Our LAMP tests are in fact suitable for travel to the US, and we have never had an issue with customers entering the US with one of these tests. Our call centre knows this is the case, and we also have information on our website to support this.
We are not responsible for giving you a definitive answer on which countries accept which tests, as this changes so frequently for each destination, therefore is up to you to check. We can however advise you, and try to do this on the website as much as possible.

Quick results and convenient airport location
I used Halo testing over the Christmas holiday when arriving from the US to Heathrow. As this is located at the Sofitel hotel this was a bit of a trek from arrivals in T5 (with luggage) and might be a bit difficult if someone did not know the location of the hotel. Testing was straight forward. Great support from the Halo team to walk you through the instructions. Results arrived very quickly (within 12 hours for me).
