As you appear to be one of our business clients, we do ask that you speak to a member of your Ops team should you have any questions, and we also have a team based on site to assist you wherever needed.
Instructions are laid out on the website/App in such a way that everything is covered so you will be sure not to miss anything out. We also have clear instructions on the App, at our testing site all over the walls, and in the instruction booklet in the kits, not to mention our friendly staff on site who are on hand to assist if needed.

Exceptional Service
The service I just received from the Halo team and particularly Christine who was my telephone contact was exceptional and well above the call of duty.
On 20th Feb I had a PCR test at the T5 Halo facility on arrival at Heathrow this was to facilitate my departure on 22nd back to my home in Dubai.
I was only in the UK for a short period for my fathers funeral.
I messed up the test on the Halo App by failing to register the bar codes that I scanned from my test kit.
I my confused and sad state I looked on my App and saw a negative PCR result and failed to realise the date was from a December test I had previously taken.
So when I arrived at my flight check in desk the certificate was rejected.
I rang Halo and Christine was super helpful and enormously compassionate and along with her team was able to recover my test results and send me an immediate email and post the negative result in my App.
I was therefore able to check in and board my flight to Dubai and be reunited with my family who had flown from London and Australia for our first collective gathering for nearly three years due to Covid restrictions.
I am so grateful to Christine and the whole Halo support team for doing such an amazing job in getting my test results to me in time for my flight.
I will have no hesitation in recommending the Halo testing facility to all my long term Dubai expatriate friends when they next travel to London

We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience on this occasion. We would like to hear more about your experience and why you found the service to be poor on this occasion.
We appreciate it was very busy in December with lots of people travelling and many flights delayed which contributed to long queues at times, but we were fully staffed and tried to control this as much as possible, while trying to keep our customers safe.
We can see on our system that you received your results within the same day that you took your test, so this meant that you would not have had to self isolate for any longer then one day and that you had your results by that evening.

Good service but staff didn’t mention…
Good service but staff didn’t mention that we couldn’t do two tests using the same email address as the results both came out with the same name, so couldn’t check in and had to sprint back to Sofitel and get them to change the name on one certificate.

We are disappointed to hear you were not completely satisfied with the service on this occasion. It does state this on our website in the instruction section, and also on the App, that separate emails must be used for accounts, so that when we are passing our information onto the government and DHSC, it is done properly and efficiently.
You can add people onto accounts i.e. young children if need be, but generally we prefer you have your own account and use your own individual email address to do this so your results are sent directly to you.
