Took 5 days to come back with test results that were supposed to be turned around by 8am the next day. Terrible customer service... had to get another test in the interim and in the end refused a refund. Never use again...

I don't quite understand how they can produce a positive test and the NHS PCR taken shortly after can be negative.. can they really be trusted
Just another money making company cashing in on vulnerable people, dont see that their tests are any different from the NHS either

So far so good - Phoned 3 times with log in problems and an ambiguous question when submitting details but customer service at Halo excellent - patient and gave me piece of mind - real test (excuse the pun) will come when we take the test at Sofitel and the result comes through on time before our flight.

Test works well and quick (4 hour) results.
You need to develop an Android app for submission, not everyone uses an i-phone and the app would save much time!

did a great job easy and simple to use coming back from the airport and the results came back relatively quickly (took the test early in the morning, results came back in a few hours)

For those who've not read the fine print, this is a saliva test. You need to fill a test tube with saliva. I would not recommend this service to anyone with children under the age of 8. It took my 8 year old half an hour to fill the vile with saliva and my 5 year old was not able to do it. The lobby where they sent you to do the test was filled with unmasked passengers from all over the world. The table that we sat at was covered in saliva. After we were finished, it was also covered in my 8 year old's saliva. The room was filled with other families with children crying and parents arguing cause their little ones could not fill the tube with enough saliva. So stressful after an 8 hour flight with three kids. For adults travelling alone or with older children, this is fine, easy and quick. Just mind the table you sit at and be aware is covered in spit from 100 people before you.

Yes it was my fault I did not realise it was a saliva test. In hindsight the saliva test is just not the best for young children. Regarding your staff disinfecting surfaces. I was there for nearly a 1.5 hours by the time I filled out 5 family members in the ap and by the time my kids managed to finish the test, I never once saw one person disinfecting the tables.
Lastly this was before masks were not required.

I did not find the receptionist on that day helpful as she gave the package found it daunting she just pointed a direction for me
But God led someone else to help me in reading and follow the instructions to complete it and drop it in the trays provided

Carried out a test on the 9th for a flight on the 11th at 1325hrs. I arrived at 11am and there was no records of my test being carried out but payment had gone through my account. It was a VERY tense and stressful am/pm. Eventually had results at 1237hrs and 1446hrs after i did a LAMP & PCR test on the 11th. I was humiliated by BA check in staff saying i should know better due to the fact that i work for BA and the fact that check in was closed for my flight. I had to keep going to the back of the queue killing time and hoping results will come through. A very very bad experience. I don't know how i managed to make the flight.

I called back and Rhys from customer service was extremely helpful in liasing with the team on ground and the lab to locate and identify my missing sample. He had a great manner about him and went beyond the call of duty to solve my problem and avoid th need for another journey to Heathrow Terminal 5 for a repeat test. Many thanks!
