Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Only had to wait about 5 minutes to be connected and then got our certificates within a couple of minutes of uploading the test photo. I would definitely recommend this service and I will be using them again when I am overseas and need to test to enter other countries/ return to Canada (and when I know I have good internet!)

Friendly and efficient staff
Friendly and efficient staff. Results back in a few hours and the certificate was accepted by the French and Austrian authorities. Now enjoying a fun skiing holiday.

It was pure chaos
It was pure chaos. When I had a question, I was brushed aside and told it did not matter. I had four people in my party. The results came back staggered, over more than a 24 hour period, with the first results not appearing until the following day, mind you, the test was supposed to be results returned within 3-5 hours.
As a result, I went with a different provider for my subsequent travel and have shared that information with others.

We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not what we would have hoped for on this occasion. Results are only given an approximate release time, and can take up to 24 hours if we have more samples to process on that day, but we aim to get results back as soon as possible.
Reasons for results arriving at different/or staggered times form the same party can vary from different submission times, to us having to re-run the sample for any reason if we suspect a positive result so we can make sure. We have tried to reach you with no luck to discuss this further, but if you wish to contact us please feel free to do so on 0330 390 4586 Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm, or weekends between 8am-4.30pm with all of your details, someone will be able to assist you with this straight away.

They never refund the money back for their fault
When I had a PCR test, the result came back 7days later rather than 24hours. They said they would refund me as it took seven days to give me the test result but they never refunded me and I gave up after chasing them so many times for the refund.

If the customer does not follow the instructions correctly such as linking up the test to your account, the results will be available but would not have been sent to the customer as it wouldn’t have been linked to the email address.

Great test but bad service
Great test. Website was bad to use, I ended up having to pay for 2 test and both didn’t show up at the hotel. Thankfully they had some. They also said a rush test would give me an answer by 5pm, we got it at 10pm…

Total unprofessional jokers
Total unprofessional jokers.
I’ve called their call centre 3 times - which means waiting 1h to speak to an agent each time - and all 3 times they confirmed me their rapid test was ok to travel abroad (not valid for the day 2 and day 5 in the UK, but valid abroad and came with a certificate and QR code).
I make the order and nothing arrives, so I call them back (1h waiting again) and the agent had the courage to tell me “Oh, you are one of the lucky (!!!) ones who got the order cancelled due to a system error” - no refund and no notification of this... DISGRACEFUL.
I do the test the day before my flight and the confirmation and certificate does not come. It is a Sunday and the call centre closes early. I get through someone in Twitter and they say “we are chasing the laboratory”, “there is a system error”, “your result and certificate is coming soon”... until 2am - over the phone I was told “for rapid tests you get the result within 1h”.
The morning of my flight arrives and after 1h queue I manage to go through “Dona”, the worst agent I have found in my entire life as a customer. She does not give her surname for data protection, she tells me that all previous times I was given the wrong info and their rapid test does not come with the certificate, she is totally unwilling to understand my situation and to offer any kind of assistance. She has an extremely rude attitude. I’ve asked her to be put through to a manager or supervisor and she said she can’t do it, she can raise a complaint and a manager would follow up within 24h. I tell her what to write but she is faster in typing than me in talking... of course 2 months later I am still waiting for the manager to call me back!!!
Finally I had to run to a local pharmacy and get a proper test, and I have almost missed my flight thanks to Halo!
I will never ever use them again, and I would not recommend them to my enemies.
1st April 2022 update - Total jokers, despite the message below NO ONE has ever approached me, they clearly have no interest in addressing complaints or make things right. Let me make it clearer: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
