This is a scam never signed up don't even know what the company do i dont even use PayPal don't know how they been taking money every 2 weeks from my account, my bank helped but after few weeks they still been taking money it's awful very stressful I'm a single mum already struggling trying my best to cancel through PayPal or hamster hub it's so hard to get through, keep away from this as it's a scam

Once you have gone through the registration procedure, Hamster.hut wants a weekly fee of €7.99 from you

As per the other reviews , they have taken money from my PayPal account . I stopped the automatic payment through PayPal and will complain directly to PayPal too. Hopefully it works

I've only put one ⭐ because I had to. This place is constantly trying to take money from my PayPal, I don't have a card attached to it now but god knows how much they had already took. Clearly a SCAM. I don't even know what the thing is.

Disgusted that this company has been taking money from my husbands PayPal account every week he didn't even know he didn't sign up to this he is 80 yes old beware of this company

I don't know how, but they've managed to get my paypal information and set up a weekly subscription. I've never signed up to anything like it and the company isn't that easy to find on Google which makes it even harder to find a way to cancel. I've cancelled directly through PayPal instead and hoping they don't repeat whatever they did to me before. As suspicious as they already seemed, their website asks for a lot of details to get you to contact them about cancelling online which is even shadier so I didn't go through them. A bizarre shocking event for my day..
