The mug on the website looks nothing like the mug you receive !
I’m very upset about this experience.
The cup I ordered looks nothing like the cup. I received in person. I see another reviews where they said that they still like the cup they received, but it’s hard to look at an image on the website…see that it’s supposed to have a rough texture and be rustic and rigid. It’s supposed to have a lot more artesian qualities , but the cup you get is some hand painted ceramic crap. I messaged them about the situation and they don’t understand what the problem is. ?!?!? How ??? Additionally ,the image on the mug that I received has no tree but on the website there is supposed to be a tree next to the bear. I was really excited about this cup. It took forever to get here because supposedly the 1st cup broke which I seen someone else mentioned that as well…. which I’m starting to think that’s a lie they are telling us. The dripping on the inside of the cup is poorly done and not coated right I don’t even feel safe drinking out of the cup. I am not happy with the result of the cup that I got. I sent them a video and an image comparing the 2 cups and they told me it’s not supposed to have a rough edge yet their image shows a completely different texture than the one you get in person. I’m trying to get a refund, but I truly think I’m dealing with somebody that is not right in the head.
Please don’t purchase anything from this company. What you see and what you get will not be the same.

Quality is much worse in person
It took almost 6 weeks for them to ship my order, and although I like the mug, the picture on the mug is significantly different than the picture, the picture on the website was much higher quality than the actual mug

Poor communication
Poor communication, apparently my product got wrecked in transit so they had to remake but I didn’t hear from them until I reached out asking , it’s currently been 8-9 weeks or so and still no product here . Not super impressed unfortunately

this mug is honestly so much prettier in person. i love that it's handmade, the floral design has such a nice handcrafted feel to it. it's the perfect size for my morning coffee and just makes my routine feel a little more special. would 100% order from here again.

I'm very impressed! This is more than a cup, it's going to hold so many memory. This cup is beautifully crafted with detail! The floral details are beautiful. I love the sip opening at the top that allows you to get the perfect drink amount in every sip! This would be the perfect gift!

Beautiful Details
The hand painted mug arrived in a bubble wrapped box to protect during shipping. The mug has great details and beautiful color. This is a great gift for teachers, secretaries etc.

This Mug Feels Like a Slow, Cozy Morning in the Countryside
I'm in love with this mug! The design places me in a peaceful meadow every timeI see it and the 45° spout makes sipping so smooth and easy — no drips. It does get warm to the touch, but by the time my coffee cools to drinking temperature, it's totally comfortable to hold. You can tell it's hand-painted and handmade, which makes it feel even more special. I'm already planning to order my sister for her birthday and she likes her coffee piping hot, — the seller was so sweet and said they're happy to add a handle if you just send a quick message with the order. Such a thoughtful touch for a handmade shop! Highly recommend.
