I purchased a ring online and a couple of days later, I realised that I would not be in, when delivery was attempted. I phoned the online team and spoke to a man, who looked at my order and said he would ensure that I got it when I needed it. He certainly did and I got notification of the delivery later that day and it was actually delivered the day after. Superb service, friendly and efficient and the ring is amazing :) Thank you.

Huge thank you to Jack and everyone at the shop! I went in with my sentimental ring that needed fixing, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They kindly lent me the tool I needed to sort it and even polished my ring for free, which made it look as good as new.
Jack was so friendly and made the whole experience really easy. I also found out they do really great exchange rates for euros, which was an added bonus! Amazing customer service from start to finish – I'd definitely recommend popping in if you need jewellery advice or holiday money. Thanks again!

I visited the H&T Pawnbrokers branch in Kingsbury on their first anniversary and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the whole process of arranging my loan. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was quick and straightforward.
It was also a lovely surprise that they were celebrating their anniversary by giving customers a small cake and a Werther's Original, which was a thoughtful touch and made the visit feel extra special. I RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION, AWFUL SERVICE, I ALWAYS GET MY CURRENCY FROM YOU, BUT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
STAFF WASNT EVEN BOTHERED.
