Support through the chaos

Myself and my husband are both old age pensioners living in Dublin Ireland. When i went on your site to request my ESTA's, i understood it was an Irish site i was using. I discovered it was a very expensive fee for these ESTA's on your site. I have traveled to the US some years ago and I remember it didn't cost us anymore than €20-€30 per head on our Irish site. I am very disappointed as this very high charge??
Hence low ratings from me

A painless experience
Overall the system was straightforward and easy to use. What delighted me was that there was a system issue, in that the application uploading could not be completed online as the passport document would not be read. A note was sent and someone has intervened and sorted out the issue, wihtin 24 hours. Impressive - but do get the system issue sorted
