They were then more than accommodating when I needed it resized,and they kept me informed on the rings progress throughout. Fantastic service and customer care, for an awkward customer like me. Ordered a bracelet to replace one I received for 50th birthday present and accidentally broke. After a delay due to shortage of stock the owner very kindly sourced the same bracelet for me and sent it by courier. Excellent service and brilliant business.
