We were really excited to get our hot water tap from Hanstrom. It is an item we consider a luxury to have and indeed enjoy it very much. It has a sleek, simple design and fits well into our kitchen. A year on we had a problem with the unit however the team at Hanstrom have been very helpful and sent us a lot of information to help us with our query. We are lucky that they have honoured our warranty and will look into relpacing the boiler unit. all in all a very easy process and a pleasure to deal with thank you ! We continue to use our hot water tap and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having a slight problem with the tap i contacted their customer service department when i was informed that my one years warranty had just expired.
However they were very understanding and agreed to send me a new one out.
Its refreshing to find a company willing to send replacements out even though they didn't have to.

LET ME HOLD YOUR GAND WHEN I SAY THIS - AVOID. I ignored the reviews and thought ah 3.9 is a good score I’ll be in the majority. 3 boilers leaked. Had plumber after plumber come look at them. They’ve been plumbed in properly but leak to no end. It’s as if they don’t drain properly. Get a Quooker.

Despite still being in warranty, no one from Hanstrom is responding to me. Our tap has developed a fault (when using boiling tap function, the water is coming out at very higher pressure and not in a straight line, it’s spraying out to the side too, which is very dangerous). The tap is therefore unusable.
I have gone through the processes of emptying the tank etc etc, even removed the end of the tap to check the aerator wasn’t blocked, as this seems the most obvious factor to be at fault. However, the boiling water doesn’t seem to go through this, instead its own tube runs through the middle of the aerator. As this does not seem to come apart, I cleaned it as best I could, yet this has not worked.
I have tried calling, but the phone rings out. Several emails now and no response.
Please can you contact me to resolve the issue.
The tap was hundreds of pounds and I expect better customer service and product after not even 12 months.

Exceeded expectations
When the unit arrived I was extremely pleased with the look and quality feel of the tap. It exceeded my expectation on both counts. The unit has excellent water flow and control of both hot and cold water. The boiling water flow is not the fastest on the market but is every bit good enough for our needs and makes an excellent brew. The customer service I've received so far has been excellent as well.

We love our Hanstrom Tap. It’s been a game changer in our kitchen and looks great. 2 years after having our tap we experienced some issues and the customer service we received was superb. Highly recommended. Great company!

We installed a three-in-one tap, and it’s been a game-changer in our kitchen—highly efficient and a refreshing switch from the kettle. Unfortunately, it stopped working shortly after the maintenance period ended. I contacted the company via email, and they provided detailed instructions on how to clean it, but despite my efforts, it still wouldn’t function properly. In the end, they arranged a full replacement, which was a wonderful surprise! I was genuinely impressed and delighted with their excellent support.

Thrilled with my hot water tap! It's convenient, safe, and stylish and it was less expensive than other brands. Can't imagine going back to a kettle now.
I was a little hesitant as I wasn't familiar with the brand. However, both the product itself and the service I've received have been outstanding. After eight months I experienced a problem but the customer service team has been incredibly responsive. They reply to emails immediately, are always helpful, and are clearly committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The hot tap is a great addition to our kitchen. Nice compact boiler and good safety feature on the hot tap so it's not accidentally turned on. Any queries/support needed was quickly resolved by Zara and Ahmed. Many thanks for your help.

After reading a lot of reviews the boiler seems to stop working after about 13 months just outside the warranty then you have to purchase a new one with a lousy 20% discount my advice is do not buy a hanstrom hot tap until they improve their products or give you a longer warranty

Excellent! Boiling water straight from the tap. What a saving from waiting for the kettle to boil! The Hanstrom Boiler tap arrived very quickly, was easy to fit, and has been excellent from the start. We have had excellent service from Hanstrom.

We bought the 3 in 1 boil tap and after 2 years the boiler stopped working. We have replaced filters and descaled correctly and tap only had light use. We contacted Hanstrom and they said as we are out of warranty they can’t help us at all. They didn’t ask any questions or offer any advice on how to fix or what might have gone wrong. A Quick Look here on trustpilot and I can see many people having the same issue which says a lot about the quality of this product. Disgusting that they can keep selling it to unknowing customers when they have several people telling them the product is faulty.

AWFUL!! DO NOT BUY TAPS, BOILING WATER TAPS OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!! Broke staging after the warranty stopped and they did not offer any help.
