The tap started causing electrical issues and causing switches to shut. This happened after 1year and 3 months of purchase
The customer service didn’t want to know
They sold us and appliances with out the Tap for £100 after we already paid the full price for the tap.

The hot water tap is the best addition to my new kitchen. The tap is stylish and the appliance easy to use.
Ahmed has been helpful and responsive to queries.

Needed to order replacement filters for our hot tap and a spare part, Ahmed at Verana was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond. First class service - Thank you.

Great company on both sales and aftercare, contact is always punctual and the hot water taps we purchased both work great!

Tap looks very nice and I love how there’s so many options

I have owned a 3 in 1 tap for 12 months now. The Tap is pleasing to look at and has worked very well until this week where the boiler wasnt heating up.

I phoned Hanstrom and got through to someone quickly. After explaining the issue they agreed that the boiler unit sounded faulty and they offered to send out a new replacement unit.

The customer service was very efficient and they dealt with my issue swiftly and effectively.

I had been having problems with my boiler for the Hanstrom unit. I phoned the help team and they not only answered straight away but were really helpful with advice and information sent out. After following the advice sent unfortunately my boiler still would not boil. I sent videos and pictures as requested of the boiler and as I was still within warranty, the service team (Ammara) talked through the options. She then ordered me a replacement which arrived the next day. She also offered helpful and really useful advice going forward. I love my hot water tap and to have such a helpful, friendly and genuine team has put great trust in this company. Many thanks for your amazing and quick help and responses.

Looks amazing. Super easy to install, and doesn’t take up too much space in the cupboard. Would 100% recommend. Great value for money compared to others on the market.

I’ve just had a problem with my tap customer service was brilliant sending reset information promptly and unfortunately it didn’t work and now they have arranged to provide a replacement thank you

Good product for the money, until 18 months in when it stops working completely. Only comes with a 12 month warranty.

All that aside, the after care is absolutely shocking. The response times on customer service emails is appalling.

I was told I need to buy a new boiler unit. Fine. I still don't have the link to purchase it despite asking them twice.

Honestly, just spend a bit more and get a Qooker etc

Bought a 4 in 1 tap and it was good. But the boiler stopped working a year after being fitted. As the warrantee is only a year, and we purchased it a month or two before fitting, the company hasnt offered anything other than for us to buy a new boiler at £120. Seems like the boilers are not made to last much longer than a year.

I strongly advise anyone considering Hanstrom Ltd. to think again.

My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I received a faulty tap, which DOES NOT work, and I’ve been trying to return it within the 7-day window since I got it.

However, Hanstrom Ltd. has been completely unresponsive. They have not answered a single one of my emails, and their phone lines are a joke—no one answers.

It’s beyond frustrating when you need help with a faulty product, and the company you trusted just vanishes when it’s time to provide support.

In hindsight, I should have spent a bit more and gone with a reputable company. Instead, I’m stuck dealing with cowboys who seem to have no interest in their customers once they’ve taken your money.

Avoid at all costs!

An excellent hot water boiling tap from Hanstrom.
Fits in great in our new kitchen and was easy to install.
Would definitely recommend

We ordered a 4-in-1 tap from Verana and it arrived a few days later. Looks lovely - we’ve just requested a replacement part which is all in hand to complete the installation then it’ll be perfect 👌🏻

Zara & Ahmed were very helpful when I first had an issue with my boiler. Ahmed sent me instructions on how to restart it up - it was clear and easy to follow. They since followed up to see how things were going which I appreciated.
The tap itself is very beautiful in my kitchen and works well. It provides hot water efficiently and quickly.

Great product! Hanstrom 4 in 1 boiling tap. Have had this now for over a year and found it well made, easy to use and can't imagine ever going back to a kettle!

I bought a 3-in-1 tap last year and recently had an issue with it. Zara has helped me throughout and Ahmed has now solved my problem. Great customer service.

Excellent product - very pleased and much better value for money relative to the market brand leading names - would recommend!
