Happy with my new Mustang!!

Ordered replacement parts for Mustang…

Ordered replacement parts for Mustang and it has been over 2 months with no update. Every time I ask for an update they give a shorter reply. Last one asking if the parts were going to ship soon just got a "NO" in reply. Pretty sure this company is a scam who sends poor quality bikes and forces you to buy replacement parts but never sends them.
tldr/ DO NOT BUY!

Not serious about the warranty and after-sales service

Following my message in January, Haoki responded to my complaint and promised to resolve my issue.

It is now March, and my situation has not improved despite the promises I received by email regarding a refund.

Therefore, it is difficult to consider your services efficient and trustworthy.

I am writing to report my negative experience with Haoqi.
I purchased a Leopard bicycle in September 2024.
The motor stopped working after one year.

I ordered a new motor from their website and paid for it in full.
To this day, I have received no further information from the seller. I haven't received the motor or a refund. They are no longer responding to my messages.

They have provided no information regarding the 2-year warranty that was initially advertised.

Anfängliche Skepsis getauscht mit großer Überraschung

Zugegebenermaßen waren wir anfangs sehr skeptisch, ob der Verkäufer vertrauenswürdig sei. Diese Skepsis blieb leider längere Zeit bestehen, da die auf der Homepage angegebene Lieferzeit deutlich von der tatsächlichen abwichen ist. In der langen Wartezeit fragten wir per Mail (Tel.Nr. ist nicht verfügbar) immer wieder nach und bekamen erfreulicherweise auch spätestens am nächsten Tag eine Antwort. Aufgrund der verzögerten Lieferung und unserer Sorge kam uns das Unternehmen deutlich entgegen. Nach dem komplikationslosen Zusammenbau der Teile stellten wir einen Kratzer am noch neuen Bike fest. Auch bei dieser Problematik wurde uns ein gutes Angebot unterbreitet. Aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse ist ein ausgiebiges Testen des E-Bike derzeit nicht möglich. Die bisher unternommenen Testfahrten entsprechen aber unseren Erwartungen. Wir freuen uns auf den Frühling. Vielen Dank liebes HAOQI-Team!

I am incredibly impressed with Haoqi’s…

I am incredibly impressed with Haoqi’s customer service. One of my Camel e-bike batteries quit charging and needed repair under warranty. The entire process was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. Their team was responsive and professional. They first send me a different type of charger which still did not work. Then they told me to send the battery in for repair. I sent my battery in and got it back in like new condition way faster than I expected. They were quick to provide updates and make sure everything was handled properly.
It’s rare to see this level of care and efficiency these days. Huge thanks to the Haoqi team for standing behind their products and keeping me riding!

After placing my order for the Mustang…

After placing my order for the Mustang EMB I found out it was put on Backorder. I received updates through email about when the bike would deliver and when the date was missed they offered me a discount to make a slight change to my order which also moved up the delivery date. Most companies that I deal with rarely stay on top of it like HAOQI did for me. I have also been extremely happy with my first impressions of the Mustang EMB which has exceeded my expectations for the price.

DO NOT BUY! Horrible service!

Horrible customer service! DO NOT BUY! If you have a problem with them they will lie, stall and delay. Multiple google reviews with the same experience as I do. Needed warranty replacements and they stalled and "troubleshooted" my problems until I was outside the warranty window. Which is only 6 months for anything but the frame!! They say 2 years on their website, but that again, is for the frame only!! What a joke! Even after I PAID for the parts they would give me tracking numbers and it would be weeks until I saw movement on and got a date. Even then, the package would sometimes not even arrive. They would change the delivery date multiple times. And what's worse, they still haven't sent me what I paid for!! 8 months later!!!! Horrible grotesque obnoxious service. They have disabled new reviews on google to keep their 4.2 stars from dipping even further. They had a 4.6 when I bought the bike in August 2024.

To clarify, our warranty covers 2 years for the frame, and 6 months for key electronic components, but not all parts have the same coverage. If a part has a confirmed design issue or fault, we absolutely offer a replacement — even outside the general timeframe.

Antelope

I purchased two Antelope bikes after much research.
To date the bikes have meet our expectations for the cargo style. Assembly was easy and we now wish we ordered baskets and saddle bags. I do wish the bikes came with a key lock for start up but we knew that prior to purchase. It’s a solid bike.

I was not the easiest customer to deal with

They responded to every email even when my bike broke down. They sent me videos on how to troubleshoot it super easy to fix. It was also cheaper to buy the bike from you guys and then it was from the company that made it. Exceptional customer. service.

Poor support and quality

So I purchased two of the white leopard ebikes last Oct 2025. Neither bike has over 100 miles on it. Total cost was 2300.00+ . To get to the problem(s), first of all I am almost positive that the warranty has changed significantly from when I purchased. My mistake is that I did not screen shot all of the warranty. Based on how the warranty on the bike as well as all electronics is now, I would not buy this brand...PERIOD!!!!. Second my throttle control went bad (only 9 months old and has never seen a drop of moisture) and I have to pay for the replacement. They feel they did me justice buy giving me a discount on the part. DON'T BUY HAOQI!!!!
Update 9-15-2025 So after much arguing with the company they did finally send me a new controller. (3 weeks to receive)
I have only gotten minimal riding in since replacement so I can not confirm that the part is reliable. Part is identical brand printing and badging on back. Confidence that this is going to be any better is not very high. All I can say is that even after doing a whole lot of research you never know what you might get.... a Friday end of shift lemon or a quality piece of equipment. I will say there are companies with better warranties on their batteries and bikes that may be a little more cost but it might be well worth it.

No spart parts list, no support docs

rear tire frame pivot on a shaft and is retained by two shoulder bolts. These are special bolts. One fell out 1st week. Unsafe to ride. Support refuses to send assembly diagram with parts list. No full replacement parts list available on web or in docs sent. Support is guessing what to send, and sent the wrong part. 4 weeks later, still fighting with support. They want me to take the bike to another repair shop and have them fix it and they offered to pay for it. Really? Just provide repair / build docs and let me order it by part number! Don't trust Hoaqi. Bikes are OK, but they offer no support docs.

I couldn’t ride my brand new bike for…

I couldn’t ride my brand new bike for over a month while I waited for defective battery issues, then defective “battery activator” issues, and now, after finally being able to ride, 150 miles in and my rear rack cracked in half at 3 of the 4 connection joints making it completely unusable.

Customer service claimed it’s not under warranty and sent me an invoice for a new rack with a 30% discount.

WHY AM I HAVING TO PAY FOR A NEW RACK WHEN THE ONE SENT WITH THE BIKE IS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE? Why did the rack completely fall apart after less than a month and only 150 miles of use with nothing but a 1.3 pound carbon fiber camera tripod attached to it?

All those promotional videos showing pounds and pounds of gear strapped to the rack while off-roading is complete rubbish.

I will be leaving similar reviews with BBB and Trust Pilot and whereever else I can so that I can help deter others from sending their hard earned money to these theiving company unless this issue is resolved.

Haoqiebike.com should be ashamed of themselves for the horrendous customer service and shoddy business practices

The people at the company are awesome, did the research on this bike couldn't wait to a cane sales people contacted me we got the shipment placed in my order came fast 5 days 4 days later nothing but positive about the bike 30
miles in and the bike is wonderful definitely need a softer seat for my riding not saying the seat is hard overall I give this bike a 9 out of a 10 Great for the price definitely the cheapest for whether it has to offer especially that m560 that's a beast and so is the battery , The whole system is very eefficient.
Btw I want to say thanks to the company for reaching out to offer me a more comfortable seat. That's what you call customer satisfaction.

I am so happy with my purchase!!!

This has been a wonderful experience for me. My bike arrived on time without any problems. I was blown away by the torque & speed of my Cheetah, compared to the Radrover that had previously. Looking forward to spending quality time on the trails. I don't have to focus on getting stranded, due to the duel batteries. Having a peace of mind when on the trails is always a plus!
