STAY AWAY! Seller charges delivery costs without trying to deliver
The seller sent the parcel via FedEx who returned the package when it arrived in Europe, without even attempting to transport nationally. The seller just refer to their own Shipping Policy and witholds 30+ EUR in delivery charges. Crazy. Don't buy from this company.
[UPDATE]: You forgot to mention in your reply that you already canceled once through ebay and asked me to order via your website. Then you charged more than 50% of the total product cost just as delivery costs. You also forgot to mention that I have clearly documented this dispute and that we get hundreds of parcels delivered to this address. If you still believe that Madrid is the same as Marbella when it comes to "making a delivery attempt" you should refund us and get your refund from FedEx since they have not done what they were paid for.
To other customers: If you dont want to end up wasting hours on customer "support" - Just stay away.

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but your review misrepresents the documented facts of this order.
Before your order was shipped, our team reached out to you multiple times—on April 30 at 11:34 AM and May 1 at 11:40 AM—to flag that the address you provided could not be validated by FedEx’s system. We clearly informed you that if the shipment was returned due to address issues, the original shipping cost would not be refunded, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Your response was:
“Yes it’s correct of course. Please ship ASAP. Why so complicated?”
Based on that confirmation, your order was shipped as requested. The parcel arrived in Spain on May 8, 2025, but FedEx could not complete delivery due to the address being unverifiable, and the package was returned to our facility. You did not contact FedEx or make any alternate arrangements for delivery or pickup.
On May 20, 2025, we issued you a full refund for the product. The only deduction was for the shipping cost, which is standard and clearly stated in our policy when a delivery fails due to an address issue confirmed by the customer.
Accusations of "scamming" are entirely baseless. We communicated transparently, shipped the product as instructed, and refunded your order in compliance with our published terms.
We take pride in acting fairly and professionally with all customers, and we stand by how this matter was handled.
