I popped in while on holiday
I popped in while on holiday as the kids had forgotten device chargers. The guy there was so helpful, he gave us options of what to buy, checked they worked with our devices and because of the wonderful service I purchased a car phone charger which he even mounted in the car for me! wonderful service, highly recommend.

Good customer service
I had a great experience at this mobile shop. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me choose the right phone and accessories. Broken phone camera
Broken phone camera. Staff member diagnosed parts needing to be ordered to repair phone. These included camera glass and internal circuit repair parts. He phoned when parts arrived and repaired the phone within a couple of hours. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very capable.

iPhone wouldn’t charge
Took my phone in as couldn’t charge it , having tried three different charge leads.
The guy that served me was so helpful, told me that the port was blocked and proceeded to start cleaning it out.After a couple of minutes he informed me that it was all clear and put the phone on charge to show me it was okay .
What a breath of fresh air to have such extreme great customer service and with a smile as well.
Would very much recommend this company for any phone queries you may have.
