I had such a pleasant experience with Happy Pet HQ that I felt I had to write a review! I emailed with a question and received a response from the owner within just a couple hours. Excellent customer service! 100% recommend!

OMG where do I start! First off the owner answered the phone, so rare these days. Started her company because customer service is just so bad these days. She guided me thru how to order, didn’t promise but said she’d do the best she could to get the dog door to me when needed.

I was a bit nervous about my timing, but it arrived within the 2 weeks she mentioned, quality is superior and easy install!!

Can’t wait til my Dane gives it a try!!

Stellar customer service. Having a human answer phones and that human being the owner is purely unheard of in today’s world. I had minor issues tracking my order and Rohini answered my call and was able to clarify my question and resolve my (operator error) issue in seconds. She is extremely personable and clearly invested in the satisfaction of her clients. Our Zinger kennel showed up quickly and in perfect condition. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Recently purchased a Kennel for a rescue and I wasn't sure about the size. I called and got in touch with their Customer Service and they were very knowledgeable.
