Everything was taken care of seamlessly, from our flights to transport from the airport to Makkah, transfers between Makkah and Madinah, and our return to the airport. The entire journey was smooth and completely stress-free.

Right from the start the service was very good.
I dealt with Muhammad Usman who was quite personable and worked diligently to create me an Umrah package.
He was good in his communication and replied on any queries pretty much straight away.
There was no rush or pressure to purchase anything and once the itenerary was planned according to my needs it was quite straightforward to proceed and make bookings.

While on the trip, Usman was available for communication at all times.
Dec 25 was one of the busiest in the Haram and it was crowded but it was a good journey and overall planned well - everything was booked and on time.
Usman kept good communication before, during and after the journey and I would recommend using Haram Travel.

On a side note - they also do general holiday bookings round the world.

Amazing experience dealing with them. They were extremely friendly, reliable and reachable all the time. They did their best to accommodate our needs and find best prices for us.
