Absolutely disgusted. Made in China. That cheap and nasty the clothes don't even have labels. This is shocking that a "boutique business my ass" can get away with this. Took forever to come. No wonder from China, NOT Sydney :(

I’m giving one star only because zero stars isn’t an option.

This business is nothing short of a scam — the clothing is of appallingly poor quality, and the advertising is completely misleading.

The items I received looked nothing like the photos advertised — they are absolute junk.

The website claims the business has been operating for 30 years, but a quick check of its registration shows it only started in April 2025. It also claims to be based in Sydney, yet when I checked the return address (hoping to send back my worthless order), it turned out to be in China.

I can’t get a refund because the cost of postage to China is too high.

Despite sending multiple complaint emails, I’m still being spammed with their advertising. This appears to be part of a large-scale scam operation — I’ve even seen the exact same product photos used on other websites under different business names on Facebook.

Also the credit card transactions showed US based!

Consumer Affairs really needs to take action.

I purchased a leather bag which I received today.
It is nothing like the picture on their website, feels and looks like plastic .
Definitely got scammed

If I could put zero stars I truly would. Absolute rubbish. Took weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was appalling. Absolute lies to say they are in Sydney and have been in operation 30 years. Clearly their advertising has been chat gtp generated. The clothes stunk of lord knows what. The clothing was not descriptive of the online photos. There is not 1 item of quality or as described. I’ve put this down to life experience committed by this fraudster company.

They advertise they are located in Sydney and that the boutique was closing down and all stock had to be sold. Sounds genuine to me. However it’s been over a week and I have not received my order. I’m very nervous because I’ve bought over $400 worth of goods. Today I looked at the reviews and it does not give me confidence of what lies ahead. I hope the quality of garments are not cheap fake from China because I am expecting boutique quality garments. Im nervous and hope I haven’t been scammed.

I requested a return address for the 2 rotten items I bought (hate myself for being so stupid!) The return address they gave me was in China!! So I did everything they asked & sent the item back to the address in China that was 27th June. The item is still sitting at their postal address waiting for them to pay the Chinese Tax duties - which to this date they have not paid so I guess the item will be sent back to me in due course ugh!! Cant believe I waisted a further $30 sending it back. They have no intention of paying the duties & no intention of refunding my money- so my advice DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!!

This is a scam operation. I ordered and paid,
in early May 2025, its end of July and I keep getting the same story from customer service, my order is going to be delivered very soon. I don't believe them. I think I got scammed. I am not going to see my order at all.

Shocking service. Quality of blazer was shocking. It was overpriced. They shipped it to the wrong address and didn't respond to any of my emails requesting help. Will not recommend.

No labels in any items,look like they have been cut out even.

My advice is to STAY AWAY from this website.
I ordered a coat that looked beautiful online but what I received was complete rubbish. The style of the coat was different then the image and the material was the cheapest and raggy material that man can make. The coat on the website is photoshopped on the model, so don't go by any of these images on this website. Asked for a refund and they said they can give me 10% back- not happy!!

Unbelievably slow delivery. The products are nothing like the look, description or quality. They are basically a scam company. I should have read the reviews first!

Ghost scam store, beware!!!! Temu products masquerading as an Nz brand. “Cashmere” jumper,label says acrylic, nylon and polyester! They need to be shut down!

This is not a Sydney company. I was silly enough to purchase. The clothing is poorly made no tags and smelt terrible. Took 6 weeks to arrive suggesting its coming from overseas

I waited over 2 months for my order and constant emails to them about how long it was taking. I brought something from the states and it arrived in 5 days.
I finally received my items yesterday and I am disgusted with what I got.
Items are NOT, what was advertised. A wool coat turned out to be polyester cotton and a Genuine Italian leather jacket, is also polyester cotton.
Don't buy anything from this outfit.
I will make this a lesson learned.
Itl cost me more to return the items, than they're worth.
False advertising Habour Bay. Closing down sale but you offer 20% discount for my next order???

After waiting over a month for delivery, I received my "Woollen Coat," which was actually a poorly made polyester jacket with no lining. Clearly sourced from a low-quality supplier in China, it’s a complete letdown. This company is untrustworthy, and their offers are too good to be true. Buyer beware. I have requested a refund and will update this review with the outcome.

after weeks of waiting the jacket arrived. It was clearly being shipped from another country as it was near 1 month postage. The item was nothing like expected. It was marketed as a windproof woolen coat and its clearly made of polyester and very cheaply made and looked as though it had been made very cheaply. Dont buy this its not worth $10. It didnt even have a tag

After finalising the order they wanted me to go in and alter it to get a discount but that was impossible. They took a long time before they sent the order. In the meantime I had tried to cancel it and they said yes they would but they didn't cancel it.
When it arrived, one coat was as I ordered and two coats weren't. One was advertised as a windproof woolen coat and what arrived was a thin polyester/cotton jacket of a different style, another coat was advertised as long line but what I have is a short coat.
Two of the products that arrived were not what they were advertised as being. I have never received an invoice either hard copy with products or email invoice.

This website is a scam operating out of China. If you google the address listed on the website (note, they claim they are from Sydney but they are not. They do not exist. They do not have a phone number), they are from China. Google the address and you will find multiple similar websites (same clothes and website layout, different names) with their clothes all being sent from a Chinese warehouse. After spending $415 on 'premium' clothing, only to get flimsy, cheap, FELT material. Like the type you would cut out for a school project. Horrible and horrified. I'm sure Shein or

There is no return form, yet when you email they use a fake Australian name, and say you will get a refund if you return the item. Yet there is no return form. So how do I send the item back to China (out of my own pocket) with no return form? How do you know who the person is that returned the item? How does a refund get organised? It's a scam

Then to add further insult, they said they could offer me a maximum of 20% refund and choose to keep the clothing out of a gesture of goodwill. So these scammers want to refund me $80 out of $415 and keep their cheap clothing which honestly was probably worth $20 for the 7 items. And they talk about goodwill!! They are scammers. Please be careful out there, especially with clothing ads that appear on social media. Google the website first, check their ABN, check their address and if they have proper phone numbers and email addresses. If anything seems suspicious, it probably is.

I have reported this to the authorities and will continue to spread the word to save people from these awful scams.
