I have email various times regarding my claim. No one has got back to me. There was a recent hearing and I wanted to know the outcome. The claim has been going on for over a year now and still no final out come. If you are ripping of people you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Very efficient and great communication
Handling Whistletree case for us. Like many thousands of others, we became ‘mortgage prisoners’ as soon as our Northern Rock mortgage was sold to Whistletree with no prior consultation. Have kept us informed all the way through the case so far, VERY comprehensive proceedings summary emailed each day to those of us who couldn’t attend the hearing in person. Quick to answer emails. Fingers crossed for a ruling in our favour!

Great service and a great result
Great service and a great result. Finally all of our family members received compensation for Trust Fund fraud by a solicitor dating back to a death in 1999. It took 18 months for them to get this settlement but worth it for the result. I was kept updated and told of any downside risks before commencing.

They Win you Loss
Joined Woodford claim. FCA decided compensation. HP Won nothing for us but still they take your money for no result.
We all lost lot money, HP are taking most of our compensation that they had nothing to do with end result.
You loss twice and HP it's a big Win.

I do not accept, however, that the review reflects accurately what happened in relation to Link’s scheme of arrangement and the FCA’s involvement in it. In particular, the action against Link was instrumental and without it I do not think the scheme would have gone ahead.
