Hardcore fan
Me and my son both have Hard Hat Watches and we absolutely love them. The quality is solid, they feel well made, and they’re comfortable enough to wear every day. It’s been really special sharing the same watch with my son — it’s something we both genuinely enjoy wearing.
The design is tough, practical, and looks great whether you’re out and about or just wearing it casually. Everything from ordering to delivery was smooth, and the watches arrived exactly as described.

Not what I thought it would be looks like an Apple Watch not remotely like it and a mandatory sign up to a Chinese company or it doesn’t work shoved it in drawer bought an Apple Watch!!

Just want to clear a couple things up — we’re an Aussie/English company, not a Chinese company mate. Our watches connect through a third-party app so all the features work properly. It’s standard across the industry, but I get how it might be annoying if you weren’t expecting it.
If you chuck it in the drawer, we’d love the chance to actually sort things out for you instead. More than happy to help you get it up and running or look at another option that suits you better.

Shocking service. Order 28/11/25. took 1 week for any tracking, only to sit in Australia for another 5 days. Thinking plane to New Zealand ditched in Tasman Sea. No tracking. Keep coming up with excuses. Best be the best bloody watch in world.

The big rig the most expensive one has bugger all apps its like a cheap budget watch maybe they should put my apps on the round forman I would of been happy with it then

Took longer than claimed delivery time…
Took longer than claimed delivery time and the fact on homepage says it's dispatched by a warehouse in Birmingham UK why was mine despatched from china and to top it off royal mail has cut the package open and stolen the watch then delivered me an empty package with bubble wrap inside. I want a refund as will never use or recommend you guys

The company promote the watch's robust design and ability to handle rough environments, I babied this watch, the screen went blank after 12 months and I was advised it was a hardware issue and offered 50% off for a replacement. No way was I spending more money for possibly another 12 months of use. Really disappointed that correspondence is online only and no opportunity to discuss over the phone. Was expecting due to the cost and their promotion of the product to last alot longer! Higher expectations for an Australian owned company, you need to back your product.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam ! Cheap Chinese watch you are paying £50 plus for the box as the watch is available on Amazon for £35 or AliExpress for £15 all the adverts show it being tested to the extreme yet the warranty states the complete opposite . Warranty even states not to be used in salt water or chlorine water ( so what water can I use it in )but claims it’s ip rated? It’s just a standard cheap smart watch with no gps .

Our newest models do include Built-in Dual-Band GPS, so there’s no need to take your phone on runs or hikes.
There are cheap imitators using our designs and marketing on Amazon/AliExpress — we understand the confusion and we’re working to combat it.

Update I did have a reply from my initial review and I must say the man who took over was brilliant and more than resolved my initial complaint
Can’t really give 5 star as my initial review was so low but has been rectified and I’m happy with it.
Terrible. Sold as indestructible - broke within a few months customer service is unprofessional- finally got a replacement and that has also broke which is now past ‘6 month guarantee’ so won’t do anything about it. The replacement was sent from china. Cheap and poorly made do not buy

I had an issue with my watch , sent an email , within a few hours Johnny responded . I replied with details and he came back almost immediately with a replacement watch will be sent out asap . Next level service from a company that is another country from me . Definitely a 5 star experience from me .
