Bait and switch. The first week or so that you are playing you will win pretty regularly...I mean a small or large bonus on pretty much every game that you play. Then...they tighten up the odds and it is literally impossible to win anything. It is one thing to play knowing that you will lose some money but can play a few hours and have some fun. On Hard Rock, you will be only feeding money in without winning at all. If you do get a bonus, the amount is so small that you leave disappointed. Trust me, there are plenty of other gaming sites. Avoid this one.

Yeah won yesterday and can't even get a bonus today after him dresses of dollars nothing would pay the same as yesterday and it skipped payments when landed on anything that normally would, paid less today then yesterday with same amount on same game, seems like the same 10 rails keep repeating, been contacting customer service for weeks and no response except a real good guy from the tribe if you complain to him. If you win, it's like you can't bet next day because you won't get anything past 25vebts paying anything decent- was betting 80 cents , got 10 bonus games and it paid 2.40 cents in 10 games, it's sad that it's not even fun - mine as well watch your money get thrown off a bridge

It continues to scam. You can clearly see they are thirsty to take ALL of your money. The slots are not even slots. They are past races that make up the outcome of the slots. Hard rock bet don’t follow the rules they steal from you.. if a player gets ruled out the game is automatically a bonus bet refund but they don’t refund anything they got some many excuses..

I am absolutely mortified at how @hardrockbet has done me i deposited 950.00 of my own money from my paycheck at that ,I went to withdrawal that amount as I meant to put 95.00 dollars not 950.00 and they suspended my account and asked for documentation regarding everything bank statements my identification amd a selfie proving who I am now inhave done everything they have asked of me and they still refuse to lift the suspension so I can pull my money from the app ..this is insane ad this money is my mortgage im scared to death of losing everything I own because of hard rock bet and their games they are playing with people's lives ,if there is anyone out there than can possibly guide me what I should in order to actually get my money back ..ive contacted the FCC ,the Seminole tribunal ,and BBB filed complaints with everyone ..I have now escalated the matter and disputed the charges to my bank and shown them the corresponding emails from.hard rock ensuring me this is protocol let us just homd your money until we feel like giving It back ...quite frankly if I ever even see the money again

I work my ass off for every dime I earn I work 60-70 hrs every week to try and get ahead amd for something like this to happen ots detrimental to myself and my family I pray to god something changes 🙏

Han modificado los métodos de apuesta y reducido los mercados de una forma absurda. Las líneas están demasiado cuadradas, con muy poca flexibilidad y casi sin variedad. Muchas de las opciones que antes estaban disponibles ahora simplemente ya no existen, o están tan limitadas que prácticamente no vale la pena apostar.

Para los que apostamos con frecuencia, esto se siente como si la casa estuviera tratando de controlar todo al extremo, dejando al usuario con muy pocas opciones reales para apostar. Comparado con otros sportsbooks, Hard Rock Bet se siente atrasado, limitado y frustrante de usar.

Lo peor es que cada vez parece que quitan más cosas en vez de mejorar la plataforma. En lugar de ofrecer más mercados y mejores herramientas para los apostadores, el sistema ahora está lleno de restricciones y líneas poco atractivas.

Si siguen así, muchos usuarios serios simplemente van a terminar migrando a otras casas de apuestas que sí ofrecen variedad, mejores mercados y una experiencia más justa.

So I came on to see what the rating was on this and I'm just baffled at how low it is. I mean I have lost a lot but I've also won a lot. And I withdraw my 100 I won a bunch of times and it comes to my account in seconds!!! Not minutes! Seconds!!! Why is the rating so low on this and saw someone got arrested??? That has to have more details to it, come on?? Using someone else's name? Something? They can't arrest you for no reason and they would never ever tell you to come pick up your withdrawal (unless they suspect fraud) and maybe then they would) but honestly I'm just not sure why this is rated like this. I've seen stories of people winning thousands of dollars and I am going to actually take one star because I have been straight losing lately. If I win more than 100 I'll bring my stars back up to 5 again but come on guys! But I can't base my review on that. 4 stars because I'm losing lately more than winning but they also added being able to bet less than a dollar so still get 4 stars from me!!! I won 50 just the other day and went to my bank in 3 seconds! I'll come add 5 stars the Second I hit 1 or 2k like so many others have!!! I have been using hard rock online since it came on line. Very happy with the website. Amazed by the algorithms. I'm very happy with all the bonus bet promotions. I have had two issues, both resolved satisfactorily. can recommend!

I love hard rock bet. I know its probably just superstition, but I always seem to win on here. They have one of the best game selections in NJ, awesome bonuses and customer service is top notch.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I won 479 dollars and was told I had to personally show to collect so I drove 2 hours and 15 minutes to brighton florida . I spoke to the Casino manager it was his 1st night they decided to tell me they refuse to pay me and in fact arrested me charged me with 2 misdemeanors and put me on probation charged me 3k in court fees ...absolute horror show and a Con. I have been on this App for about 2 years. I have used the same method of payment the whole time. So today when I opened my App I had a bonus of $143. I played and got up to $300 . These idiots will not let me withdraw. I went into the chat at about 6:30 pm for assistance and ended at 11:15 pm spoke with 13 people and no one resolved my issue. As a matter of fact one of the chat members went in and did something to my account and then they said I was new to the platform , my method of payment no longer worked and I had to add money in order to withdraw and I just used the app the night before with the same payment method no one has helped me as of yet to get my $300 off this crap. Something is not right with this company.... I created an account, put my banking on their site, deposited money ($300), then won $622, and tried to withdraw it. They 'suspended' my account in order for me to authenticate my information (photo of license, bank card). I've waited over 24 hours and haven't hear a thing yet. I think these people are scammers.
