Found out today that Haribo staff do not give Staff discount!! As an employer of a small much less profitable company.... who makes no profit at all from my employee's i think this is outrageous!!!!

Ho comprato il calendario dell'avvento haribo e mi aspettavo qualche liquirizia o altro.....solo gelatine mini orsetto con l'incarto che mostrava ciuccetti o altro me dentro sempre orsettini insapori e durissimi....eppure la gamma haribo è ben più vasta....

Das Konfekt schmeckt nicht mehr, ist hart. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden nachmehr als 60 Jahren nicht mehr kaufen.

Bestellung am 21.11. aufgegeben, am 02.12 war diese laut Shop immernoch "in Bearbeitung", habe den Auftrag nun storniert. So eine lange Bearbeitung/Lieferzeit kann ich nicht gebrauchen.
Stornierung wurde am 03.12 Bestätigt.

Absolutely loved these sweets and in particular "Tangfastics" . I buy them every week and until recently they've been perfect . They don't make me talk with a kid voice but I loved them . However, the last bag there was something clearly wrong with them , they tasted unusual and were like chewing the toughest boot leather. As it was unusual I sent a quick message to customer services with a picture of the bag etc .. the bag was intact when I bought them . They are not cheap and as I was disappointed I thought I'd write . The response was as though A.I had been given the job . No offer of the paltry refund , which I can live with and told the shop could have stored them wrongly . That'll do for you as our response so goodbye ! ( That's how it felt ) . I wasn't happy so sent my email and there response to their CEO to set if this is the company policy to just be short and dismissive!

Surprise, surprise , heard nothing .

They removed the word pork from the ingredients with regards to the type of gelatin.
Intentionally being vague about the type of gelatin.
Prioritizing profits over transparency and honesty.

They are intentionally and strategically withholding this information as they have come to learn the obvious - people don’t want crushed up animal bodies in their sweets. As public awareness grows, about the disgusting origin of gelatin, their damage control strategy is now - don’t change anything, just lie instead. Duping the consumer is their new strategy, by being as vague as possible. Just lie, basically.

Not buying again until it’s clearly marked “no gelatin”

Habe seit gefühlter Ewigkeit (20jahre) Lakritz Schnecken gekauft. Bin sehr enttäuscht, klebrig, zuckrig, lässt sich nicht abrollen und hat nichts mehr mit dem Produkt aus meiner Erinnerung zu tun ..schade

Absolutely no variety in the Halloween packs, all packets the same mix, customer service couldn’t care less

Veggie ist ekelhaft und ungenießbar

Habe gerade eben mit dem Kundenservice Telefoniert
.Hatte eine ziemlich freche ungehaltene Mitarbeiterin am Telefon .
Ich wolle eine Bestellung gestern stornieren . Dies war nicht möglich ,da nur eine Ratepay Rechng kam .Sehr schade , werde hier nie wieder etwas kaufen .
Noch nie so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt

The Gummi Candies are not palatable at all

Ich habe online eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die ziemlich teuer war. Sie haben erst nach 7 Werktagen mit der Zusammenstellung meiner Bestellung begonnen, obwohl auf der Website eine Lieferzeit von maximal 5 Tagen angegeben ist. Ein abscheulicher Service. Und das, obwohl ich in der Stadt wohne, in der Haribo hergestellt wird.

Schlechte Ware auf den Fotos sehr gut erkennbar aber man verlangt noch 100 Informationen inkl. Rückversand an Haribo und man soll die Versandkosten übernehmen

Ich habe Haribo Mini gekauft, diese waren aber teilweise alle verschmolzen...
Und der rest schmeckte naja.

Ich schrieb Haribo direkt an, sie konnten anhand eines Bildes direkt die Qualitätsmängel feststellen und mir mitteilen ich solle... sie nicht über 40° lagern...

Wir haben derzeit im norden 14 Grad...
Ich frage mich wie man auf solch eine dumme Aussage kommt.

Ich wurde abgespeist und es wäre ja nicht deren Schuld, sondern meine...
Alleine dies zeigt mir nur wie unprofessionell Haribo wirklich ist.

Sowas habe ich noch in keinem anderen Kundenservice erlebt.
Ich kaufe keine Haribo mehr! ;)

Die vorherigen Rezepte waren deutlich besser. Jetzt schmecken die Sorten die ich kaufte, sehr künstlich. Die Konversierungsstoffe oder Zusatzstoffe schmeckt man z.B. auch direkt nach einer Haribo- Schnecke, wie zu viel Backpulver im Kuchen im Nachgeschmack.
Schade. Ich kaufe nichts mehr.
