Expensive for what it was.
Too much self directed study with issues getting codes and access to the slides. Had to travel to London for 1 hour training which was excellent but after doing all the training/ reading myself anyway they could have just sent a video for the last bit. Felt £480 was very expensive for what it was.

We believe there may have been some confusion, as Harley Academy is not responsible for the practical training or pricing of the course you’re referring to.
The online platform you accessed is used by HA-Derma to host their training materials. However, the course you undertook — including the in-person training and course fee — is organised and delivered entirely by HA-Derma. While Harley Academy does not set the pricing or content for HA-Derma courses, we do manage enrollment and access to the eLearning materials on their behalf.
The coupon code required to access materials is provided by your HA-Derma Account Manager and refreshes monthly. We note that you accessed the platform on 31st March and it’s possible you were provided with the April code a little early, which may have contributed to the confusion.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the difficulty enrolling. Since then, we have enhanced our onboarding process, including improving our email sending rate. While we can optimise our internal systems, we are unable to control the specific security or filtering features of individual email providers. We have also worked closely with our learning portal developer to ensure that access to course materials is granted promptly upon enrolment.
Lastly, we have checked the Profhilo Structura eLearning materials — which we’ve received no other negative feedback about — and can confirm that all content is currently functioning as expected.
As this review concerns a course managed by HA-Derma, we kindly suggest directing any course-specific concerns to their team at training@ha-derma.co.uk, to ensure your feedback is addressed by the appropriate provider.

Great teachers, small group sizes, lots of opportunity for clinical practice
Just completed the Foundation day as part of the Aesthetics Accelerator course, really enjoyed it, good balance of lecture vs clinical sessions with small group sizes. Victoria was a patient and knowledgeable mentor who guided us through our first injections on real patients. Everyone including the receptionist was friendly and helpful, would recommend this course others.

Consent and Confidentiality - GMC Good Medical Practice
This course about confidentiality, consent has been presented in a very systematic manner. It was very easy to navigate it for someone who is not computer savvy like me.
Great presentation and have revised what I have already known.
Topic on Social Media was interesting and new to me.

Exceptional Experience at Harley Academy – Highly Recommend!
I recently completed the Level 7 Diploma in Injectables at Harley Academy, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the staff were professional, supportive, and approachable, making me feel welcome and confident throughout the journey.
The teaching quality is outstanding – the trainers are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly skilled at explaining complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand. I must especially highlight Dr Lindsay and Dr Carol, who were exceptional mentors. Their guidance, patience, and expertise were instrumental in building my confidence and perfecting my technique.
The Student Support team was also fantastic, always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had along the way. Their prompt responses and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The practical training sessions were invaluable, offering hands-on experience in a safe and supportive environment. I always felt guided and reassured, which was crucial as I developed my skills. The structure of the course is well thought out, combining theory and practice seamlessly.

combined Level 7 Diploma
I’m doing my combined Level 7 Diploma at Harley Academy and I am really enjoying learning with them. The modules are structured and comprehensive, the mentors are knowledgeable and supportive and the learning environment is very warm and friendly. I particularly like the one-to-one practical sessions and this is the only institution that offers this kind of experience.
The course can be done at your own pace but sometimes this can be challenging when you are also working full time. However, if you manage your time wisely, it can be done.
I still have a few more assessments to do but hopefully I can finish them all early next year.
I would highly recommend Harley Academy if you are looking at starting your journey in medical aesthetics and you want to be a safe practitioner.

The only place to train in aesthetics!
I have had the best experience training at Harley Academy. All the staff have been so supportive, always going above and beyond to help. While our dedicated patients team work every day to arrange patients for all of our training, there are times when patients cancel at short notice, become unwell, or present with a contraindication to treatment during consultation. We have dedicated patient scheduling meetings each week, and work hard to make all possible adjustments to fill these gaps in our booking schedule. However, due to our strong commitment to providing the most safe and effective outcomes for our patients, we are sometimes unable to avoid patient shortages during training. As we operate in a live clinic environment, we are unable to entirely eliminate this risk. Our trainers are prepared to offer additional information and guidance in these situations to ensure training time is not wasted.
