My consultation with Dr Agha was excellent from start to finish. I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease. He listened carefully, took the time to truly understand my goals, and explained the options available in a clear and reassuring way. His advice felt honest, thoughtful, and given with genuine care. If my review can help any one that is in a similar position to my self then this one is for you. Also, to Dr Agha for the life changing results.

My procedure was an uplift, areola reduction and change of implants. I went for a high profile round implant. Dr Agha used 370 cc.

I am 35 years old, have had one child, lost around 20kilos post pregnancy, have thin/lax skin and am that mom who never puts her self first-So I bit the bullet and booked a consultation through transform.

I saw Dr Agha as a last minute change, I was really keen to see him based on his profile and experience. When we met, I instantly trusted his recommendation's.

Dr Agha is highly experienced, soft in tone, realistic with patient expectations and worked around the complexities of my case, as we didn’t know which size implants I had in, from previous surgery. (They were around 13 years old). He did this with ease.

I have gone from being unable to see my waist and having back pain due to tight fitting bras, to now seeing my waist, and feeling more like my body pre pregnancy! I feel as if I have a new lease of life and it’s not even been 4 weeks post op. I have had no problems with recovery, still quite swollen but am wearing the bra and binder as recommended for 6 weeks. My medications were given to me when I left and explained in detail with times to take.

The place where you have the surgery is super quaint and has character, the staff are so sweet and looked after me with care.

Calm, relaxed environment and felt reassured doctor knew what he was doing

Able to fit me in quickly, was prompt and very clear, honest and reassuring.

Some unfortunate circumstances meant I had to change surgeons a few weeks before my surgery was booked in. This was quite unsettling and it took me a few times of meeting Dr Agha to feel comfortable. What I realise now is that whilst I was initially put off by his questioning I now realise that this was part of his thorough approach to his work and part of ensuring that I was provided with all the information. Taking so much time to explain the procedure, this risks and uncertainties and asking questions was part of a transparent approach which allowed trust building. Dr Agha changed the plan I had with my original surgeon (fleur de lis) to an extended tummy tuck and I am so happy he did. I am thrilled with the results. My scar is very thin, well placed and I had a very smooth recovery process. I would recommend Dr Agha to anyone wanting a transparent, realistic and honest surgeon who wants the best results achievable for his patients.

Couldn’t fault my experience with Mr Agha and the team. Was made to feel reassured and comfortable throughout the whole process and felt like I was really listened to and supported when explaining what results I was looking for.

Extremely disappointing experience - expect to be lied to and ripped off

I am so upset to have chosen Riaz Agha as my surgeon for a full mummy makeover (implants, breast lift and 360 tummy tuck)

Throughout the process he has shown a profound lack of care for his patients results and experience and cut corners wherever he can.

I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt through a lot of the process as I didn’t want to admit I’d spent my life savings on such a bad surgeon, however the final straw was when he outright lied about my implant flipping. It was clear to see it had totally flipped and he denied it for months and months until I had to get a second opinion. This new surgeon took one look and knew it had flipped!

Why did he lie about it flipping? So he could try to sell me fat grafting to hide the ridge! Absolutely insane behaviour. He also tried to tell me the poor appearance was due to my body/bad skin, classic manipulative surgeon behaviour. It’s actually down to him creating too much of a large pocket to allow it to flip and not doing the correct type of lift.

His work is extremely sloppy (he said I didn’t need lipo whereas if you look at any of the other surgeons who have great results. They always lipo for contouring) and he doesn’t have his patients best interest at heart at all, it’s obvious he only cares about lining his own pockets.

I was left with excess skin after paying £25k for the operation and he told me to lose weight, so I did. When I went back to see him he told me I’d lost too much weight and that’s why the lift was bad/not effective. Despite this and numerous other surgeons telling me I don’t have enough fat for fat grafting, he tried to sell me that as a solution. He outright lies and attempts to gaslight you with classic distraction techniques. Trying to have a sensible conversation with him is near impossible.

The clinic is very new (since Covid) and it’s only Riaz Agha - he manages all his own emails etc which is unusual. He replies at late hours in the night which is concerning if he’s doing surgery the next day. I also question the legitimacy of some of them as the taxi driver I used from surgery quoted one review word for word…

All in all, totally regret my decision to go with Riaz Agha and spend so much money to get poor results with no revision or after care.

Professional and Reassuring

I had a breast lift with Dr. Riaz and was initially quite apprehensive. However, he was calm, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. He was supportive before and after the procedure, and I always felt well cared for.

The results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I feel more confident in a very positive, subtle way. I’m glad I chose him and would recommend him to others considering this type of procedure.

My experience with the Harley clinic group has been wonderful. The moment I walked into the clinic I was greeted by two lovely nurses. Ellie looked after me the entire day, she was informative, lighthearted and made me feel so at ease. I won’t forget the support she offered me the day of my surgery. Decided to seek a consultation regarding a abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and was referred to Riaz Agha through a cosmetic surgery company.
Appointment was thorough, informative and Riaz was both charming and knowledgeable about the procedure. Having had five children, cesarian sections and complications following the cesarian, and being in my late fifties I had questions and concerns.
Riaz was open and honest with his responses and I felt reassured that he would not make promises that he may not have been able to keep.
Decided to schedule the surgery which was carried out at the marvellous Kensington Cosmetic Clinic. First class service from that team alongside Riaz.
The surgery was a calm professional process and I felt in the best place and with the best team.
The aftercare was also exceptional at The Kensington Cosmetic Clinic.
The immediate post surgery recovery was good. All medication required had been provided, and you just need to follow the post surgery advice given by Riaz.
Eight weeks on I can honestly say that I am delighted and impressed with the results and that Riaz was able to ensure that I only have one scar, which is already looking fantastic.

I recently had chin liposuction with Dr Riaz Agha and would recommend him. He’s personable, attentive, thorough, and a week in I think he’s done a great job. I was very careful choosing my provider as your face isn’t something you want to risk, and I’m glad I paid a bit more and went for a highly reputable surgeon, it’s worth the peace of mind. I had very little bruising and pain, and the tiny wounds are healing well. It’ll be a good few weeks before I see final results but it’s already looking good and I’m happy.
