My experience with Dr Riaz has been very positive since the start. I'm currently 8 weeks post- op and had a breast lift and augmentation. I'd always had large breasts, but after years of weight fluctuation (lost and put on 5 stone, twice!) and breastfeeding both of my children for a year each, my boobs were a very sorry sight! They had lost all their fullness, and were just saggy, dog ear boobs! My nipples were nearly even going under. I had researched alot of surgeons and the reason I met with Riaz was that he was so prompt to reply to my queries (himself, not a secretary) and also, he was confident to do the lift and augmentation in one operation. Other surgeons had said I would need 2 separate operations, 6 months apart. During the consultation, Dr Riaz assessed all my measurements and advised on an internal mesh. This was due to the severe level of sag and how much I had stretched the skin too. All that fluctuation had decimated my skin's elasticity. The mesh acts like an internal bra, so helps to support such a large implant (450cc) in an unstable environment. The worst part about it was the inconvenience of 6 weeks not being able to raise my arms or lift anything and having to learn to sleep on my back. I had to tell my young children that Mama can only give 'dinosaur hugs' for a while. It was awkward and uncomfortable for a while, but that feels like a distant memory now though. I absolutely love my new boobs! I'm currently in Bravissimo looking for new bras. I went from a 34D to a 34G. I wanted the rounded cleavage, and I got exactly what I wanted. My husband is delighted too. Calls them his 'weapons of mass destruction'!! All of my clothes just look so much better. I would recommend Dr Riaz to anyone. He is polite, friendly, so extremely clever and informative and able to answer any query. At one point 2 weeks post op, I had some redness and after Googleing it, was freaking out. I emailed him at 10pm and night and he replied back within 10 mins with a prescription for some antibiotics incase of infection. The redness actually went away very quick, so I think I'd actually caused it by aggravating it when my pram got stuck.
There are cheaper surgeons out there, but I don't think it's worth the chance, with the amount of horror stories you see, and the extra cost of having to go and get botched work fixed. I'll probably get an eyelid lift in around 5- 10 years and I'll definitely be going back to Dr Riaz. Search over girls! :-)

Since infection is a known complication, he can’t not offer me any help for my medical bills or anything.

Here’s the situation:

Left breast: fat necrosis. Wound on the left breast POPED opened, fat and oil leaking out for about a month.

Right breast: infection. After a few month of development and swelling, I went to another hospital complaining of extreme pain. Did a MRI, was told that there was a huge chamber of puss inside of me. Admitted to a hospital for a week, had 2 tubes stuck in my breast after surgery for draining. I went to this hospital because Dr Riaz told me to message and rub it off, which did not work.

Maybe I should argue with him at first when there was fat leaking out. But I was kind enough and didn’t trouble him too much. And now it’s all too late.

He said since the surgery has been 5 months and that I was “happy with the outcome” so he can not give me any help. I was hoping he could help me with the medical bills, but unfortunately I don’t see that happening.

Anyways this is what happened. I can provide any needed receipts. Ladies please don’t do a fat transfer here. It was stupid of me to do this procedure, and I regret it everyday staring at the scars that this caused.

Amazing experience from consultation to the end of my procedure, I had a breast reduction September last year and the support was so professional, helpful, and supportive, dr Christopher Davis was my surgeon and I couldn’t have faulted anything from my surgery, I was very much looked after and couldn’t be anymore happier with my breast reduction! After 20 years of being depressed about the way I looked, I finally found Dr Riaz.
From day one of enquiry to post op, the communication and care was excellent. I knew I had nothing to worry about as I was in safe hands. He asked me, what do you want to gain from this ? which to me was so important as in the past I had consultations with surgeons who ignored what I wanted which left me feeling and knowing that they were not the right surgeons to do my surgery.
With Dr Riaz, I felt I was listened to and understood and this made me book my operation for the next month. He gave me everything I asked for and more.
I am now 2 weeks post op even though it is still early days I feel and look great. I was really scared of pain, but I can honestly say the pain was next to nothing, just a little uncomfortable.

Dr Riaz has done a extremely poor operation on my wife.
He has refused to sort the situation out.

Very reassuring, friendly and professional

I had typical mammy makeover incl. lipo 360 on tummy, lipo on thighs and fat transfer to breasts. It has been nearly two weeks post operation and I am very happy with what I see! Dr Riaz gave me professional advice of losing weight a couple months prior to my operation to help better reconstruct my recti muscles. It works perfectly. I can see my flat belly now even though I still have dressings on. I am amazed! The whole experience is not as painful as I thought it would be. I can barely feel the pain post operation except tightness and pressure on the areas had surgery. I can’t thank Dr Riaz enough for the magic work he performed! Best plastic surgeons I have ever met!

I recently had breast augmentation with Dr Riaz Agha. I am over the moon with the results. They are incredible!!

I am size 8, 52kg, 40 years old, 2 children , a cup size of 32AA and have struggled to fill a bra and bikini my entire life.
For 6 months I researched the best across Harley street, wider London and the UK for the best surgeon to suit my needs.

Being 40, I was obsessed about achieving a natural, non augmented look and not a round fake look.
After many emails and experiencing different face to face consultations with 5 leading surgeons I knew Riaz was the only surgeon for me.
His knowledge, portfolio, extensive qualifications, multiple board positions put him in an elite group of surgeons in London. He is extremely professional but most importantly very approachable.

Riaz is only one of a handful of top surgeons in London that can carry out a sub facial placement due to the complexity.
The advantages are incredible for achieving a more natural look versus under the muscle or sub glandular as the implant sits in the breast pocket. In the USA, it is the primary placement by all the top surgeons, and the recovery time is super fast vs under the muscle.

Riaz went into so much detail about the different areas of my breast, with many diagrams and how certain implants like the new super soft Ergonomix 2 might not be well suited due me having a small top pole area. This level of detail was in a different league compared to the other surgeons I saw across London. Riaz is also the only surgeon that I came across that replies back to you personally, whether it’s early morning or late evening. The level of support was out of this world.

Being very small at 32AA and a size 8, we decided to go with 285cc Ergonomix Motiva implant in a sub fascial placement to try and achieve a C cup. The combo of this implant and positioning creates a more tear drop look versus a round augmented/fake look.

I was nervous on the day of my surgery, but Riaz is so calm and relaxed and knowledgable he just gave me so much confidence that I knew i was in safe hands. The team at the Lister Hospital in Chelsea were also incredible. I walked out of the hospital within 5hrs of my operation!!

My recovery has been brilliant! After only 6 weeks, I can see a natural tear shape look, with my cup size now my dream 32C!!
The breasts are already fluffing up and dropping into a great position.
I am so happy with the results, I actually couldn’t of wished for better success!
