Stay far away…complete scam. They send clothes, but they are complete garbage. Wrong size, tears in them…they will immediately offer you a discount…but to return them, you have to pay as much as as the pants cost.

Total scam of a company. Absolute fraudulent representation of their products online compared to what you receive. They do not provide a 100% money back guarantee as indicated on their website. Sizing is based on children sizes not adult. I will use the product they sent me for shop rags.

Unless I don't know how to send an email, I would say this place is a rip off. have sent numerous emails to their info address requesting return info. No response. The sweater we ordered was an XL. The one that arrived didn't even fit my Wife who is a size 4. Stay away from Harlow and Lane. Terrible!!

Like everyone else on here, I got scammed. Do Not order from them. The quality is ridiculous, you can see through the fabric, and it is not the design that you see on their “website”. They are not a US based company. Luckily, I purchased with my Chase Visa and they returned my money to me after I opened a dispute.

Jacked arrived defective. Asked for return they first offered 20% off, then 40% off, then credit, then full refund if I ship it to China at my expenses. These people are a fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

ZERO should be the rating. In ordered l a very nice sweater in a Large for a Christmas gift. It was way too small. I contacted Harlow. They offered to send a replacement for the price of shipping. The replacement was TWO sizes larger. When arrived it fit just as the first one did. TOO SMALL. I notified them asking for a refund. THEY REFUSED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their size chart is bogus. I wish I had looked at their reviews before purchasing.

The ad says 100% cotton and easy returns. When it arrived it was made out of the same material you make shower curtains. They would not take it back unless I paid for shipping. Been fighting 2 weeks with them. They will only refund 20%. Avoid they are horrible

Avoid them at all costs. I should have checked the reviews. Besides the quality being AWFUL (no way what they show in the ads is what you get) the "easy returns" involves YOU mailing the package back to ASIA at your cost. The company itself appears to be in the Netherlands, everything is made and ships from Asia and is garbage. They know it as the dispute with the credit card company went through immediately.

Terrible service! Will not exchange - only wants to send you a new size for $22.95. To return it at your own expense is over $100 USD RIDICULOUS! THEY ARE NOT IN CHARLESTON, they are in CHINA! SCAMMERS! Clothes are EXTREMELY small.

Cheaply made. No lining. Sizes run small. I typically wear a large and never have a problem. In this case a very large would have been equal to a large I think. Will not order again. Beware!

I reported them to the FTC for fraud and had my credit card company cancel the charge. I agree with everything written in the other one star reviews on this website and it would be redundant for me to catalog my experience. This company is a fraud, it’s false advertising.

Do not let the fancy name and sales advertising fool you into ordering. The quality is not good, the sizing is woefully small and inconsistent and the return policy is to send to their Asian warehouse at your expense which, according to them, takes a long time to deliver and results in customer frustration.

I ordered what was supposed to be to be a heavy sweater with arm patches
What I received was a t shirt silky material with drawn on patches absolutely over the top photoshop I every seen

Lousy quality clothing in ridiculously small sizing. No tags in clothes for type of fabric and care. No returns unless you ship it back to China. False advertising as others have said.

Clothes is tiny and not the quality they claim. Took forever to get here. No customer service. Said it was free returns and now it is not. Can't get them to tell me how to return.

Total scam! Some cheap garbage jacket showed up almost a month after I ordered it and they will not even respond

Quality sucks, site is misleading saying easy return 100% guarantee then tell you you have to pay to return the item to ASIA. Then just offer a 20% refund to avoid costs which are costing you 80% since they are just returning you 20% This is ridiculous and I will report this site for false advertisement.

Awful quality total bait n switch it is a Chinese company and not a Charleston storefront - images they show on social media are the complete opposite of what you receive -do not waste your money

Chinese company masquerading as an American one. Shipping takes forever and product quality was extremely poor. I ordered sweatpants and the thickness of the fabric was more like a pijama pant. I wish I would have recognized a fake company earlier on but their Instagram ads fooled me. Not recommended.
