I was going for umrah with my family so I booked a ride from Madinah to Mecca. Driver arrived 30-40 minutes late, but it was Friday so I thought nothing of it.
During the ride the driver Ridwan was on his phone for 80% of the time, calling or checking some websites while on the highway. He was constantly swerving between lanes and kept hitting the raised pavement markers between the lanes. This went on during the entire ride (4 hours long). Driver was very rude and was shouting when we try to correct him. In my opinion was trying to take advantage os the situation because we were in ihram.

We went from Makkah to Madinah through Harmain transport. Overall the experience was good as the driver was driving under the speed limit all the time. The car was comfortable and clean.
