You sign up for a week’s trial for £5.99 then you download the app! After browsing the app and finding it wasn’t for me I then find £65.69 taken from my account for apparently renewing my subscription! The app is not helpful or provides any guidance. As I was an online subscription it didn’t show on my Apple account. I cancelled as soon as I saw the money pending and they have refused a refund. I am being charged £65.69 for a service I don’t even know what is for. Do you not sign up for this app!! There is a reason why the weeks trial is so tempting!!!
I’ve emailed and no refund policy!

You sign up for a week’s trial for £5.99 then you download the app! After browsing the app and finding it wasn’t for me I then find £65 taken for my account for apparently renewing my subscription! I was within a week trial! Looked at it once and thought it’s not for me! Some may find this is great and happy to subscribe but personally I find it a scam! Not willing to listen to something I may have pressed but not interested in! I was not aware that I have pressed anything to renew a subscription I didn’t want and not suitable for me! Please be aware! This is how they catch people out! If it works for you then good but be careful on their website! My opinion is an absolute scam
