Harper and Lane does not stand behind their products - once you purchase something, consider it yours. They do not want their product any more than you will. Their products are cheap. You can return, but beware - you will pay their fees which is more than double than the Postal Service.

Avoid this Company!
My experience with this company (Haper & Lane) was extremely disappointing. The issues are too extensive to fully detail here, but I strongly recommend avoiding them. This is actually the first review I’ve ever felt compelled to leave, which should say a lot about how dissatisfied I am. Unfortunately, the problems went far beyond poor customer service — the quality of their work/products was far below acceptable standards.

I've purchased this blouse before and I loved it so much I wanted two more. I ordered size small, as I previously did. The Blue and White blouse fit well, but the multi-colored one was much larger and with a boxier fit more like a Medium.

Do not place an order with this retailer!!! The dress I bought was horrible in every way. When I tried to return it, they tried repeatedly to change my mind, which was completely weird. I ultimately agreed to return the dress for a reduced price because returning it was more expensive. Complete scam!!! Do NOT buy from this company.

To clarify for transparency, we reached an agreement together to resolve your request by providing a refund without requiring you to return the dress, so you would not need to go through the return process at all. The refund was processed accordingly, and you were welcome to keep or donate the item as you preferred.
We would also like to clarify that we do maintain a return warehouse in the United States for customers who choose to proceed with a return. In your case, the alternative resolution was offered simply as a faster and more convenient option.
Our intention when discussing different resolution options is always to help customers choose what works best for them, and never to create difficulty.

Harper & Lane is a SCAM!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The shoes I ordered arrived damaged, and were of much lesser quality than the images and description provided by the sales listing. When I contacted Harper & Lane to request a refund, Luna actively discouraged me from pursuing one. I was offered a 10% discount on a re-order if I paid shipping (which exceeded the discount). After insisting on a refund, I was provided an address in China to return. After spending an amount equal to half my initial purchase price to ship, the package sat in Chinese customs for over 6 months. It arrived in my mailbox today, stamped “refused”. Many of their items can be purchased from ebay or Amazon for a fraction of the price. They’re still lesser quality item from China, but at least you’re not paying 3x the price to get screwed over.
