Most was ok, but the fillet steaks were Green a stunk, the ribs has no meat on them, the beef medallions were very tough and so where the pepper steaks

Decent meat at an amazing price. I've had two packs so far, the first being the Easter one majoring on roasting joints. I can't comment on the beef, as I was recovering from Covid and my ability to taste anything was compromised. I froze most of the meat and had it when I was better. The pork joint was superb, lots of crackling, meat flavoursome and juicy. The full leg of lamb I had at Easter was indescribably good. Tender, juicy tasted like lamb should. In short, the met is every bit s good as I get from butchers who charge a premium and boy, am I fussy with my meat. I'm working my way through pack 2 which had 4 free rib eye steaks. Good colour, bit of marbling and a decent flavour. I've had better, but at a much higher price. The chicken was superb. The marinate smoke BBQ. Well, I thought it was pork fillet, but on opening turned out to be beef. I wan;t sure of the cut and started off in the halogen. Realised it was a tougher cut so put it in the low cooker. Didn't turn out too well. I think it was shin and so should have been diced and recommended for slow cook. Just a minor gripe that the type and cut of the meat wasn't on the pack. Smoked bacon and the sausages excellent.
Harpers have a new customer and I plan to visit the Bilston market stall. The delivery system is ace too.

1st time purchase very pleased with the products we have eaten so far absolutely delicious. Value for money will definitely use them on a regular basis .

This was my go to butchers when I lived in Wolverhampton always has great deals on and even better now they do UK national delivery, so I can still have there products to where moved to meat always arrives cold fridge temperature and the delivery company are very polite too
