A fault developed in a tap bought from another company, who referred me to Harrisons, their suppliers. I had a quick response to my email, answered a few questions and a new nozzle is on its way.

Great customer service…
I purchased a Scudo tap in 2020 when I revamped my bathroom. Love the tap unfortunately in January 2025 the tap developed a fault in that the plastic water defuser in the nosel came away affecting the water flow. I contacted Harrison bathrooms asking if they could source me a replacement part. They answered my email very quickly and after supplying them with proof of purchase and images of the faulty tap, they very quickly informed me that they could not supply a replacement part but would send me out a brand new replacement tap, free of charge, which arrived this Wednesday. Over the moon with the customer service and swift response to my query so thank you very much to Jess and the team at the sales department.

Faulty product
Had a problem with a toilet seat supplied by Harrison but purchased through a third party 4 years ago .. the third party gave me Harrison's details, I e-mailed them and within 24 hours they had acknowledged the problem and arranged to send a replacement - that's what I call service ! Many thanks Whitney.

Had a issue with a product that was supplioed through this compacy but purchased through another one. After being fobbed off by the other company i got in touch with HarrisonBathrooms and Eve responded to my email within 5 mins and within 2 more short emails and in the space of 15 minutes Eve had placed an order for a replacement unit to be sent out next day. Wish every company was as promt as this one when it came to resolving issues

I got in touch with Harrison Bathrooms looking for a replacement shower handle after being told elsewhere I would need to replace the complete unit.
The team we were very responsive, and super helpful in finding a replacement handle and delivering within a few days.

Great post sales service
I had a kitchen tap that I installed a few years ago that started leaking. I contacted them to see if I could replace any parts or if the whole unit needed replacing, and they sent me a new one completely free of charge, which I was able to install and very pleased with. Would recommend.

Great customer service
Harrison Bathrooms has some of the best customer service I’ve dealt with. Had a couple of issues with a shower waste and a shower head and both times was able to log a ticket which was dealt with really quickly with replacement parts being sent out promptly and free of charge. We’re delighted with the quality of the bathroom and have recommended to others

The shower door I received had a small part missing and Jess and Whitney made every effort to sort the problem out. They always answered my emails promptly and despite a series of difficulties, eventually found a solution. Most companies might have given up. I was impressed.

I ordered a radiator, through a retailer, then lost one of the brackets..through my own fault. Got in touch with the manufacturer and tried to buy replacement brackets, they posted new ones to me completely free of charge. Amazing service from Jess & Whitney and great company to deal with

Needed new shower riser head,which was sent out to us within 24 hours by Jess, but unsure how to fit it, emailed Harrisons again, and within a couple of hours Sam had replied with instructions on how do it. Excellent service.

Damage was only noticed while unpacking it. Send the photos and Jess ordered the replacement promptly.
