Nonostante il sito web pubblicizzi “Spedizione gratuita su tutti gli ordini nel Regno Unito, nell’UE e in tutto il mondo” ho dovuto pagare al corriere spese di spedizione per un valore pari a quasi metà dell’ordine! Molto scorretti! Mi tutelerò nelle sedi competenti! Questa è una truffa a danno dei consumatori!

Just received my second bespoke Glen Traditional three piece suit from the Harris Tweed Shop. Once again a great suit. Do not expect a quick turn around - order to delivery - but you will wait much longer for a Savile Row suit and pay a great deal more from my own experience. Suggest taking measurements from a jacket that fits well, ditto for waistcoat / trousers. I wear my suit almost as a daily in winter, it’s cold ‘up north’, hence need for another so as to rotate. Fantastically warm and hard wearing, looks better after being worn a few times. The suits from this tailor will last decades and look ‘the business’ whether worn for special occasions or as daily wear. Well worth the wait and price. (My two suits look and fit much better on me than on the man modelling the suits in the promotional photographs - which are too large for him and a tie would look better too - so do not be put off!)

I asked for fabric samples that eventually arrived. I wanted more fabric samples but after asking twice they’ve not arrived. It’s a shame as I was prepared to pay nearly £700 for a bespoke coat. I’ve bought elsewhere now and I’m pleased I have after seeing other reviews on here.

Poor quality. Received a wallet with the inner lining not stitched. Customer service were good, prompt in response and I had a replacement within a week. On inspection it appeared fine but as soon as I put a card in the slot the lining came away once more in the exact same way as it had arrived previously. Either I was sent the same product back that had been superficially "fixed" or the product itself is of poor quality. Due to the cost of returning the item it is not worth sending it back again.

I had a question about an item in the shop. Over a few weeks i tried contacting the owner of the shop via Email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, Instagram comments and Facebook comments. I never got ANY reaction. Very bad customer service. I ended up not buying anything.

On December 8 I ordered from Italy a jacket on the Harris Tweed online shop. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Despite the fact that the company declares "Reliable and efficient order dispatching and delivery", I have not yet received the parcel (today is January 16). I see on the online SDA tracking system that the parcel is returning back to the sender. SDA is falsely declaring they tried to deliver but the receiver was absent. I was always at home due to Covid!
Harris Tweed company is not helping at all. They have the responsibility of having chosen a courier that is unreliable, but the refuse to intervene. A serious company would have resent with another courier or refunded the money!!!

I’m in Australia and ordered a cap online. It arrived in a couple of weeks and I just love it! Beautiful quality. Great communication from the lovely owner.
I can’t recommend the Harris Tweed Shop highly enough!

I recently ordered a pair of gloves. The website is not really geared for online shopping, they just take your credit card details and run it through when they get round to it. Then there's zero communication so you don't know what's happened to your order. After a week, my order arrived, only to discover they sent the item in the wrong colour. How can a company take an order for a single item and get it wrong? The only conclusion I can reach is that they had the undesired colour in stock and wanted to get rid of it. I was going to order a Harris Tweed Jacket with them but I will be looking elsewhere.
