I can't recommend Harvey Baker Solicitors enough! You hear many horror stories about Solicitors when buying a property and that couldn't be further from the truth when it came to our experience. From start to finish they made the entire process easily understandable and effortless. They implement the entire process via an online portal, rather than via post, which saves an incredible amount of time and effort. This is by far the best company to opt for when using a solicitor and I am very grateful for how helpful and supportive they have been throughout the whole process. They were always easy to reach via phone and always responsive. 100% recommend.

We where recommended HB by our mortgage broker, previous experiences with conveyancing had left a sour taste so I was skeptical to begin with
How wrong my assumption where, one gripe I had with previous solicitors was there unwilling to use email as a form of communication and how difficult it was to get updates in progress.
Well HB from day one provided us with an app where we can track progress in real time and see how completed the matter was, all emails and coms went through this along with pdf reports and the like. We had the same solicitor and paralegal the whole way though and they where so knowledgeable about the case if set our minds at ease. They’re professionalism and communication where exceptional and had the matter
Completed in just three months. Considering we lived over 200 miles from their location they still took the time to research the area we moved to and provided some very sound advice. I cannot recommend them enough.
