Wonderful experience with the Harvey Norman delivery. Great communication by the delivery guy…delivered right on time and it was very useful to be able to track them on the map. very friendly attitude…very efficiently they installed the furnitures . I am a very happy customer!!

Harvey Norman and G4 delivery experience..
Staff at Harvey Norman were most helpful through sale of bed base and headboard then kept us updated on delivery by G4 . Two strong young men arrived and assembled bed perfectly and offered to put our new mattress from another shop onto the bedbase. Polite friendly organised and took all the wrappers away. Very tidy job thankyou!

Our experience with Davy from belfast
Davy the assistant was first class from start to finish. Very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly and I would have no hesitation if I was thinking about buying anything else going back to see him. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go and speak to him if they wanted to buy anything.

Brilliant service
Harvey Norman delivery app was just brilliant. It allowed me to plan my day without worrying. So accurate. Delivery was on time. 2 guys were polite and efficient. Couches were put together in no time. Delighted with the service.

I was able to track my delivery and it arrived well with in the time stated . I was contacted a few minutes before delivery arrived which was really good. My table was replaced and assembled on the spot damaged table taken away. No mess , very professional and very pleasant tradesmen. Well pleased. 😌

Long wait from order to delivery but had been told this at start .. just took longer than anticipated
However good communication throughout the wait period and rang me when eventually order came in as promised
5 star delivery service .. again excellent communication; guys delivered when they said .. set up furniture … took away all packaging and ensured furniture was where I wanted it

Sales assistant Natasha was excellent. She guided us through various recliner options, and pointed out offers and clearance items which were particularly good value. When we made our choice, she offered warranty and disposal of old items, but was not pushy. Very pleasant to deal with.

Great Holywood Store
I visited the Holywood store with my young grandson. We were welcomed but not hassled as we browsed and tried out a great range of recliner chairs.
Kevin was a very caring helpful member of staff who served us when required, explaining everything in great detail.
The chair we purchased was delivered by 2 very kind and helpful young men. I was able to track the van so I had no need to sit in all morning. Thank you to all!

Staff knowledge and friendliness in store helped us to choose the right bed and sofas for us.The delivery staff were also excellent, they arrived on time, built the bed and sofa efficiently, they were friendly and professional.
