My experience of buying online was terrible because the store near my home did not have my product, I got a call from someone in the store saying my product was there, and I went to collect the kettle and the toaster and only the toasted was available, I asked to deliver it to my home and they say it will be charged, I asked to change to another kettle and they said I need to pay the difference, a only option I had was wait for the keetle, I went 3 times in the store and always I left frustrated. I will think 100 times before buy online in harver nornan.

Bought a table and chairs , the bench was faulty and that was replaced ,but again it was faulty . Found one of the chairs had a big chip out of the under neat . Rang harvey norman fonthill where it was bought and told to send pictures in and they would get back to me , a week later and still no call . Rang again and got some manager on the furniture section to be greeted with , whats the story and your problem , like he was talking with one of his friends

Machine was delivered within 2 days of ordering. The guys delivering were nice and friendly and had the old machine removed and new one installed in about 10 mins or so.

We had a wonderful experience with the Harvey Norman team. We were so impressed with the staff in store and our delivery agent Frankie was excellent. He called on the delivery day and specified a delivery time and he kept us updated as he was running slightly late. He was efficient, courteous and so capable. We are delighted with our bunk beds. I went in to the Fonthill Harvey Norman store very unsure of what sort of bed or mattress I needed. Thankfully I met Neha and she went through all my options gently and slow enough so that I could take in all the information. She was most kind and took my feedback to her recommendations onboard and really pinpointed what exactly I needed. I’ve just left the store on my second visit, thankfully met Neha again, and have happily purchased my fantastic new bed!
I just love when you meet the right sales people, especially when spending a considerable amount of money. Excellent experience!

Phoned to give time of delivery. Delivery between 12pm and 2pm. Arrived at time given.delivery man very pleasant ,Chatty and Helpful.

Driver arrived before I expected him to call. I was in work and he said he’d do a couple of other deliveries and come back in an hour. Very nice of him to oblige.

Went to collect scooter , my brother had asked could he get some help lifting it into the car as he is only over a small operation on his knee. The man's ans was thats why Im here . Click n collect dont mean your going to get the help out to your car . No need for him to be rude. The man was 50 n had no hair

The girl that dealt with my initial inquiry was terrific. The Miele washing machine was exactly what I wanted. The delivery time was very good

My order was not initially fully fulfilled yesterday. One item a mattress was left out. When I rang the store I was told the item was damaged and could not be delivered. However another was in stock and would be delivered the next day. I was told the truck was already enroute and could not return to collect the new item.
When told that the mattress was needed for sleep last night as old furniture had been disposed of on the basis of a confirmed delivery the offer of a display model from the shop was made as an interim measure until. This was pointed out as unacceptable and when further pointed out that the truck available to deliver this display mattress would be better collecting the new one this was repeatedly denied as an option. The store in Fonthill is approx 15km from the warehouse in Finglas so not an unreasonable expectation.
The matter was not solved until I phoned head office. The mattress was eventually delivered late in the evening. Terrible service from Fonthill Harvey Norman
Items were ordered 10 days ago so plenty of time to get the order right.

The service from the delivery staff was very good and professional, and all the items I bought were very easy to mount.no damages noted, everything was intact.

Fab service , bought a bed on Friday. Delivered and assembled obviously on Monday. Delivery guy was really friendly. Delighted will defo buy from them again
