The opening hours for this pick up warehouse are not as per the website , 6pm on the website and closed at 4.30 posted on the door , wasted trip in the rain before I collected the item on the following day from friendly staff ,

Bought a bed frame from Harvey Norman recently. For the high price we pay, we expect all the screws and holes to atleast align properly while assembly. The headboard wasnt aligning properly with the base and I had to fix it flush with the wall so that it doesn't fall off!!

iPad 11 pro review.

18th January 2026.
I went to the little island store in Cork to purchase a new iPad 11 pro. Patrick was so so helpful and extremely friendly. As I only had an idea on what I wanted but wasn’t sure of screen size and spec wise. Would totally recommend Patrick and all the staff in the little island store. Even had an after purchase query and the staff member I was dealing with on the phone explained everything so clearly. Would totally recommend going to the store.

Delivery arranged for Wednesday 21st. -never arrived, no reason given.

Very Efficient service.

Goods received as order and working as is required.

Waited 20 minutes outside for my purchase to be dropped out to me. Never came, went into shop, spoke to 3 staff members inside door, said nothing to do with them, go to til, girl at till said to go Electrical, where eventually got my purchase.

I got great one to one help and advice in Store from James at your little Island store in cork earlier in the year when I bought my pc he told me what I needed to order -to get more storage space - I purchased exactly what he recommended and I am very pleased with my purchase

Dishwasher broke down. Bought a new one from Colin who sorted delivery and installation for me. Sound bloke.
Next day dishwasher randomly started working again. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a refund for the purchase but absolutely zero hassle, called in and sorted in 5 mins.
This is why I'll be back. Common sense approach.

Company have great quality at really good price and amazing staff.

The chairs are fantastic quality and the colour is so eye catching.

Product search on website very easy. Ordered click and collect. All was smooth and easy and very well managed.

Product was fine but it took nearly 3 hours for it to be available for collection.

I bought several appliances from Ronan Brown at Harvey Norman Little Island, and his working attitude and warmth made me feel very welcome from the start. He was extremely patient with all my questions and even helped me sort out an order issue when I decided to exchange one of the appliances for a different model.

What impressed me most was his explanation of how to use the robot mop I purchased — he was incredibly patient and thorough. He also waited for me at the collection gate and helped me load all the appliances into my car.

I really appreciate his help and excellent service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Harvey Norman, specifically the Little Island branch. I ordered an Honor x6B (ex-display) and the staff member who dispatched it completely ignored the delivery address clearly listed on my account. They instead used an incorrect address generated from an Eircode search.
​I have sent multiple emails this morning to correct this, and I am being completely ignored. I am currently battling terminal illness and I do not have the time or energy to chase a company to fix a mistake that they caused by failing to read my account details.
Update:
It took me to resolve the issue despite over 6 emails that went unanswered to Harvey Normans customer care and a few unanswered phone calls to Harvey Normans in Little Island.
In future please just tell the staff to take note of the customer's actual address on the Harvey Normans account and not the incorrect address which Eircode.ie gives for my local area.

I'm wondering how long I have to wait for the product?
I went to the store and the product was out of stock, so your employee advised me to buy online and it would arrive very quickly. It was a birthday present so I did it. I did so and received an email saying the product was 11 days late.
I went to the store to explain this and received an email two days later saying the product was available for collection in CORK - Little Island.
I went to the store and it turned out the product was in Limerick?
Is this some kind of joke or something?
WHEN WILL I GET THE ITEM I PAID FOR?
