I was blown away by the kindness of the staff at myGP Clinic. Everyone I met was approachable and guided me through the process with lots of detail. Dr Nav and Dr Iram were extremely knowledgeable and have my full trust and support.

HarveyRhys provide a first rate service. As well as being knowledgeable and professional the doctors are extremely personable, immediately putting patients at ease. Not only are the doctors fantastic but so are the rest of the team. Fantastic service, Matt and Lucy In the concierge service have been very helpful arranging my appointments and very quick to answer my calls , Dr Victoria was very thorough and made me feel at ease. Outstandingly good
I have been a member for about 18 months and am grateful for the consistently outstanding care, support and general service levels given across the board, from Lucy & Louise and all the concierge staff, all the wonderful receptionists at Stretton and the expert care from all the GPs - Drs Nadia, Ovais, Nav, Becky and of course Dr Coogan, have been absolutely outstanding in their expertise, patience, and kindness. I can't possibly recommend MyGP enough, it's worth every penny.

Wish I had joined earlier - superb.
Wish I had joined earlier! What an amazing feeling being able to see a GP when you need to. I was treated respectfully and courteously throughout my initial consultation and health assessment. I felt the GP listened and cared about my health. Never felt rushed or an inconvenience. Reception and staff were great, nothing was too much trouble.

I have been a member for a couple of months now and following my health check and initial consultations I couldn't be happier, the team are great and always on the ball with follow ups and communication, I have an issue, I call the concierge team and it's dealt with, no drama, no fuss and always a superb phone manner.

I don’t know where to start. I have been a member for a week and I feel the full cost of my membership fee has already been justified and more.
The Concierge team are amazing and definitely on top of their job.

What a refreshing change
From the first phone call to enquire about membership with Thomas, to seeing the amazing Dr Nadia for my first appointment, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Dr Nadia made me feel instantly at ease, my appointment was not rushed and Dr Nadia was extremely thorough and also very patient. I have what all other doctors have described as ‘a complex medical history’ but Dr Nadia confirmed what I have always believed, I don’t have a ‘complex medical history’ I have developed complications stemming from years of easily managed conditions that were not treated when they were diagnosed. What so many health professionals have described as ‘complex’ for nearly 2 decades, Dr Nadia summed up correctly in one sentence. Dr Nadia streamlined my healthcare in just one appointment and then we made a plan to start easily managing my health in the meantime. This would never have happened if I hadn’t have joined My GP Clinic.
The receptionist are lovely and so are all the Concierge team, special thanks to Lucy in here too. I only wish I’d have joined sooner! You can have a nominated GP here, but all G.P’s have Expert status in a broad range of healthcare so I would have no hesitation in seeing another GP here as it’s obvious the standards are very high across the entire company.

My GP Clinic went way beyond the levels…
My GP Clinic went way beyond the levels of normal healthcare service when I needed urgent care and advice. I spoke with a GP within 15 minutes of calling, received a much needed prescription by SMS so was able to access suitable medication within 40 minutes of the initial call. An MRI the next day was arranged and a visit to the right consultant followed within 48 hours and surgery five days later. From not being able to stand or walk to walking out of the hospital within 8 days was nothing short of amazing so well done to the team at My GP Clinic and a special thanks goes to Lucy

I cannot thank Dr Kai for the support I have received. I have had a bad time with menopause but I am getting through it thanks to Dr Kai. She is clear in explaining and reviewing my HRT treatment and I feel calm and relaxed knowing I am receiving the very best advice.
