Absolute con advertised that buy one get one free only received one contacted them through their website they never replied! When I tried it it didn't make the slightest difference what a waste of £29. Avoid at all cost its a scam.

The product was marketed as “buy one, get one free,” but I only received one. I contacted customer service by email, but never got a response. It feels like a total scam, and the product didn’t make any difference. I’ll go back to my regular product. I’m 62 years old, and if a product really works, the results should be clearly visible on my skin. The delivery also took almost a month. Very disappointed in every aspect.

The delivery service that they use is not very good. This is the second time the delivery service company tried to deliver my package to me after normal business hours or on a Sunday.
Then tell me if I’m not there the next time they will send my package back. That is not acceptable to me.

I bought this directly from InstantLift+ website (instantliftplus.com) instead of going to a third party. Firstly, it wasn't "fast shipping" like it's website claimed. Secondly the brush bristle/hair provided was so long, almost like for putting on face powder, it hardly can brush the cream around eyebags without touching eyes. The brush is not the same I gotten is not the same as what it shows in their website too. Thirdly, it doesn't work at all. Waste of money!

I had a good experience the first time ordering with this company - however I recently bought a replacemnt and it is a different product. A different applicator and a very strong chemical smell, so strong I do not want to put this near my eyes.
Their customer care department is not interested in my concerns. My consumer rights are not being upheld.

Like all the others I did not think this would work.But to my surprise it does.Ifeel the tightness after I put it on .I was amazed .I am 68.And it really helps .Thank you will be ordering again.Instant Lift by Harvey Ross.

This is not a bad product it does work

j'ai acheter une premiere fois ce produit et j'en étais tres, tres satisfaite,toutes promesse etaient tenues : lissant apaisant , hydratant et tres bonne base maquillage ,, j'ai donc recommandé le produit plusieurs mois après , mais ils ont changé la composition ,, et c'est une catastrophe! surtout ne l'acheter pas , le nouveau produit est comparable a de la super glue, elle colle terriblement,assèche ENORMEMENT la peau et en 4 jours a provoqué de nouvelles ridules que je n'avais pas et de grosse plaque rouge . De plus impossible d'appliquer le maquillage sur cette base car elle colle tellement que le fond teint bouloche en gros paquet. Donc a fuir,, pour info la nouvelle composition est accompagnée d'un nouveau packaging dont le tube est tout argenté. Je les ai contacté, pour renvoyer les produits,j'ai envoyé 10 demandes,,,sans réponses.

But I haven't test the serum and facial mask yet...

It did take a while to receive the product, but an accurate shipping time estimate was provided.
I’m however, used to products arriving more timely. That's all changed since last year at Christmas. Oh well.

The real product review, I like it. It does give you a firming affect and also feels nice on my skin as well. No irritation. No strong fragrance. Does what it advertises. That is the goal, and it accomplishes that. I would purchase again.

Produit collant, qui laisse des pellicules blanches.
Le pire, le produit brûle, l'impression de mettre de l'acide sur la peau.

Je viens de retrouver le flacon, que j'avais oublié de jeter. Produit collant qui tend et surtout tire la peau sur le coup de manière inconfortable. Pour finir, après quelques minutes, c'est limite pire, avec un produit qui part en pellicules. Aucun effet tenseur ou liftant comme prétendu, la peau est encore moins lisse. J'ai retenté 2 semaines plus tard : même effet.

Produit livré contrairement à beaucoup de gens. Cependant, produit de M.... Ça colle, ça ne pénètre pas bien, ça n'a aucun effet... argent jeté par la fenêtre.
